Bromic Heating leads the market in supplying your outdoor patio with radiant heaters that demonstrate outstanding performance and unbeatable quality. The Tungsten 300 patio heater stands out against standard patio heaters since it is able to evenly distribute 26,000 BTUs of heat while effectively resisting winds up to 8mph and heat areas up to 160 square feet. Single switch, electronic ignition gives you control over one or multiple gas heating units, making it possible to heat your entire patio with one device. If the automatic re-ignition fails to restore an extinguished flame, the integrated flame failure safety shut-off control will turn the heater off immediately. The bi-directional pivot arm features 25 degree rotation on each side, allowing you to easily adjust the flow of heat for better, custom directional heating. The Tungsten 300 Smart-Heat natural gas patio heater can be wall or ceiling-mounted and wired into smart system controls to fit custom heating preferences. The universal bracket allows you to easily upgrade from 300 to 500 series heaters without any additional wiring. Bromic Heating Tungsten gas heaters are perfect for both commercial and residential installations. The heater has a brushed stainless steel finish casing for protection against dirt buildup and tampering.

Things We Love:
Bromic Tungsten 300 and 500 Smart-Heat Natural Gas or Propane Patio Heaters take advantage of infrared heat, which is one of the most efficient warming methods available. Rather than heating only the surrounding air like most patio heaters do, these Bromic models produce infrared waves that travel through the air until they encounter a person or object. Once contact is made, the radiant heat will warm whatever it touches.
This all-important feature allows the 300 and 500 series heaters to convert a higher percentage of its fuel into heat and to directly warm whatever objects or people they’re facing. On top of that, radiant heat doesn’t waste energy heating the air it moves through and isn’t lost to slight wind or rising air. In fact, both of these Bromic series boast wind resistance up to 8 mph, making them ideal additions to any outdoor space.
Built with Safety in Mind
Bromic’s 300 and 500 series gas heaters pair ultra-efficient radiant heat with a safe and reliable design. When wired into smart system controls, these units feature automatic re-ignition that gives you the luxury to simply ‘set and forget’ the temperature of your heater. If the pilot light is extinguished, your Bromic Tungsten patio heater will attempt to relight the flame 3 times. If this safety measure can’t restore the flame in your heating element, the flame-failure safety control will immediately shut off your heater's fuel.
For those who prioritize convenience and durability alongside safety, these Bromic models are the way to go. Bromic offers universal brackets that let you switch between 300 and 500 series heaters with no extra wiring required, and you don’t have to worry about tampering or dirt buildup thanks to the units’ brushed stainless steel finish casing. Owners of commercial or residential spaces can rest easy knowing their Bromic natural gas or propane heaters will last for years to come.
Unlike traditional patio heaters that radiate warmth outward in a circle, Bromic’s natural gas and propane models are built to evenly distribute heat to specific areas. Each 300 and 500 series heater comes with a bi-directional pivot joint that can rotate as much as 25 degrees on each side, making it easy to adjust the flow of heat. These units can also be placed on walls or ceilings using mounting kits ranging from 9 to 41 inches for truly customized heating.
If your outdoor area has a low clearance, simply attach a series-specific heat deflector to protect your mounting surface. This will also provide more weather resistance and directional heat for your Bromic outdoor heater. Your gas patio heater can even be wired into a Smart system that lets you completely control how you heat your outdoor space.

Questions & Answers (2)Back to Top
Can this unit be ceiling mounted in a 4 season room? It is fully enclosed during the winter. Would a vent be recommended?
Was This Helpful?
Hello Tony! This heater requires natural ventilation at all times. For an enclosure with four walls, you would need at least one permanent opening at ground level where any gas leakage could be rapidly dispersed by wind or natural convection.
What is the minimum height that a 26,000 BTU and 43,000 BTU can be hung under a deck?
Was This Helpful?
Hello Jim! Bromic recommends a minimum height of 8-feet from combustible materials below the heater for this model and the 43,000 BTU model. They also recommend a 3-foot minimum away from combustible materials above and to the sides of these heaters.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we’ve all come to expect for small parcels, so it’s important that you’re prepared and understand what’s required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We’ll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we’ve only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.

So, why are some orders being affected? Major ports around the world are still operating at reduced capacity because of COVID-19 restrictions — on average, container boats sit at port for about 3 weeks before being unloaded. Combine these shipping inefficiencies with a scarcity of natural resources, and virtually every industry has been crippled to some degree. Yet we acknowledge that it’s our duty to meet these challenges head-on and work toward solutions so you can enjoy more time outdoors with the people you love. We appreciate your patience as we strive to smooth out our supply chain, and we thank you for choosing us for your grilling and outdoor living needs.
