The 40-inch Premium LTE cooking system comes with five 304 cast stainless steel burners that deliver an impressive 14,000 BTUs of cooking power, for a total of 70,000 BTUs on the cooking surface. The 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner works great with the optional rotisserie kit for grilling versatility. Durable patented, triangle-shaped 9mm stainless steel searing rods on the spacious 897 square inches of cooking space allow for searing the heartiest steaks while preventing your veggies from rolling away. The stainless steel heat zone separators empower you to use different cooking zones across the grilling surface. Creating separate zones that can be used for different styles of cooking is what premium grilling is all about, after all. The Blaze Push & Turn Flame-Thrower with Backup Flashtube & Crossover Channels ignition system provides a steady and reliable flame with every start. The removable warming rack, meanwhile, is an ideal place to keep bread and other food heated while you grill the other courses. The flame tamer system includes a 14-gauge flame stabilizer grid that minimizes flare-ups while you enjoy your Blaze grill. The stainless steel grill cart features two soft close front doors for storing your propane tank, grill cover and BBQ accessories. Blaze gas grills have a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship on the control valves, cooking grids, stainless steel housing, stainless steel burners, flame tamers, heat zone separators, and all other stainless steel components. All electrical and ignition components are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. Grills must be registered within thirty days for the warranty to apply. Labor not included.

MY BLAZE GRILL IS 8 YEARS OLD AND I STILL LOVE ITMy BLAZE 40" 5 Burner Grill is 8 years old and still looks new! I initially researched grills up to and including Wolf and Lynx but in the end, I choose BBQGUYS and their BLAZE grill on stainless steel cabinet with side shelves. None of the other grills I looked at or researched offered me as much quality and grill per dollar as BLAZE did! Assembling it amazed me as I never once had to use a drift pin or pry bar to get holes to line up so I could insert a bolt. Everything aligned perfectly the only thing that I've ever put together that fit that well. They even provided extra bolts and such in case I lost one. It was set up for propane and I used it for over a year before having it built into an outdoor kitchen. I removed the side shelves and caster wheels and had the grill on its cabinet built into the kitchen and it fits perfectly. I ordered a conversion kit to natural gas from BBQGUYS along with a double surface-mounted burner kit to build in. Originally I had ordered a sear burner which I still have installed and use. I did replace the very heavy grill grates with GRILLGRATES and have been delighted with their added performance as they truly do infuse whatever I am grilling with the drips from whatever I am cooking. We live in the Nevada Desert which makes many competitor grills quickly deteriorate. My BLAZE grill still looks nearly new with the exception of the rubber and grips on the burner adjustment knobs having been burnt off by the desert sun. I am still tickled pink that I brought the BLAZE 40" 5 burner grill. The BBQGUYS were a delight to work with, answering my many questions, and most of all delivering what they advertised promptly and if anything their product exceeded any reasonable expectation of quality, durability, and performance. The delivery was via a tractor trailer and came on two pallets. Holy Smokes! What a grill :)3 years ago we purchased a big box home improvement type grill to use at our weekend lake home. We knew it was "disposable", but it made sense at the time because we were making multiple major improvements to the home. Purchasing a high-end grill was a luxury at the time. Cheesy grill finally started crapping out this past spring. I did months of research trying to find the right high-quality grill and kept circling back to the Blaze LTE and am happy that I did! I called customer service and got a better price and a couple of accessories included in the price. It arrived packaged perfectly within a week. I couldn't believe how solid the construction and the parts were just unboxing. This thing is a hoss! Assembly was straight-forward, and I swoon just looking at it! I cooked on it twice over the weekend and am so pleased with the performance. Being an experienced cook and using multiple grades of both indoor and outdoor kitchen appliances, I can honestly say that this grill is worth every penny. I can't imagine paying thousands more and getting anything better. BBQ Guys customer service is also fantastic! Excellent job on packaging and delivery!Ordered freestanding 40 inch 5 burner propane grill and received in 10 days as promised. Delivered in two shipments. Driver brought it up to my garage. No damage at all to product. Grill and components were packaged securely. Grill components look well made. Solid construction. Assembly was a breeze. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding Product.I had an old Jenn-Air built in grill that was on its last leg so I started shopping for a replacement. I found the BBQGUYS website and began searching. I was undecided until I saw the sale price of the Blaze 40-inch 5-burner Natural Gas with infrared burner and grill lights. I was ready to order on-line when my wife noticed the headline that said "call for best pricing". I told her it was already a sale price and shouldn't bother. Bottom line, she called. The sales Rep was outstanding, so nice and knowledgeable.Got the grill, rotisserie kit,infrared searing burner,cover, and extended warranty for less than the original price of the grill alone! Wow! I placed the order figuring with the supply chain issues I would be lucky to get it by spring. I ordered on Nov 2 2021, received everything by Nov 10 2021! Double Wow! Great Grill so far!The grill arrived with the cart unassembled. The Grill itself in mostly assembled, packaged extremely well. It does take two people to attach the grill to the stand. It's pretty heavy. The removal of the burner and installing of the infrared burned is a breeze. There were no instructions where and how to mount the electrical box for the lights. The drip pan, I expected to be a heavier gauge stainless steel. The edges of the drip pan are sharp and not rolled. So watch your fingers! The Grill heats up fast, sears meat fast and cooks pretty evenly. I have found a few spots the are cooler when I grilled chicken wings. My concern is there is a gap in the rear, between the lid and the back of the grill. This gap will allow heat to escape so the temperature gauge will not reflect the actual inside temperature and it will not retain heat. It would be like leaving your over door open while it is on. The quality seem to be very good and it does cook to my liking so far. Now its a test of time. This grill replaced my Broil Master Grill I have for 19 years. Gets really hot, solid construction!Definitely get a cover to keep the rust out. I also use windex and a stainless oil cleaner after it cools.
