Absolutely embarrassing workmanship. Spot welded, sharp edges and corners in fully visible areas. No seam welding on the from visible corners. Cheap packaging, scratched and dented (in non visible areas)

Answer:
We installed this around 3 to 4 years ago. Our contractor said that it was required because we had wood framing but if you have bricks it might not be required by code but does provide extra safety.

I've purchased the BLZ-4LTE32-NG, I'm assuming that this marries up to that grill? Also, how is the grill attached to the Insulted Jacket?

Will this insert work if using the Blaze Grill Cart? I'm using a grill cart, that is close proximity to a wood privacy wall

Hi, thanks for asking. This will not work with the grill on the cart, it is designed for use only when building the grill in to combustible materials. We recommend maintaining at least 3 feet from any wall, especially one of wood, to avoid any permanent damage or harm.

If the insulated jacket lip sits on the counter top which Will Be granite then the measurements for the cutout should include those 2", correct?

Hi Lynda! The cutout dimensions for model # BLZ-4-IJ is 33-inch width, 22-1/4-inch depth and 9-5/8-inch height. The cutout width will be smaller than the overall width of the jacket so the jacket lip has somewhere to sit. Hope this helps.

Does it come with installation instructions and are they available online somewhere? The Blaze Cutout Specification sheet is not very clear on what is needed for this and I want to verify I have the kitchen designed properly.

Hi Joseph, thanks for asking! The cutout dimensions for this insulated jacket are 33" W x 9 5/8" H x 22 1/4" D. If you want to match this on the Cutout Specifications sheet, you should be able to find the model number of this item in there and its listed dimensions. We also recommend that a licensed contractor perform the installation of any outside kitchen items.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we’ve only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.

For carriers that deliver without an appointment:

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
