This Blaze stainless steel grill cart is specifically designed to house the Blaze 32-Inch gas grill. The stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability for years of outdoor use and the four heavy duty caster wheels allow you to easily relocate the grill whenever necessary. The two stainless steel side shelves keep your BBQ tools at hand and provide a convenient work area while you cook. The Blaze grill cart also features two front doors with rounded handles to access the cabinet below the grill where you can store your propane tank, grill cover and BBQ accessories. Not for use with Blaze Professional LUX Grills. Some assembly required.

High Quality CabinetI believe if you do your research you will eventually find a worthy product. I had picked up a different brand drop-in grill and needed something to put it in. After looking at Big Box store grills and carts I knew I wanted one strong and well designed. The Blaze Cart. The stainless steel, the fasteners, the fit, and even the protective shipping is top-notch and it fit like a glove. Poorly written manualThe grill seems to be okay, however, the user manual is lacking in details and some things are not not included. Inaccurate/insufficient assembly instructionsCart arrives flat-packed Ikea style. Materials look great. Provided instructions say "All of the screws in the hardware pack are the same." Well, no, there are four distinctly different screws provided. Buyer BewareCart required much more assembly than I was led to believe by salesperson. Instructions poor. Pack of screws,lock washers, washers didn't match instructions. Confusing due to different sizes when instructions said all would be same size. Recommend offering local set up by authorized companies. Also many sharp dangerous edges in sheet metal. I put edge guard on some of the edges but not all can use edge guard. Front doors won't open n close with edge guard. Recommend having sharp edges folded back on themselves. Poor ManufacturingI received the cart for my Blaze 32" grill a few days ago. I opened the cart box yesterday to put the grill together. First off, there was no instruction manual on how to put the cart together. After searching on Internet, I found a YT video made by Jim Haas that worked for everything except the front doors as my cart is a newer model and the door are attached a different way. Was able to figure that out on my own. Second, I only got about 2/3rds of the M5 screws needed to put the cart together, so had to go to Ace hardware to buy more. Third, there was no hole drilled in the top left back panel to insert screw into the left side piece. I had to drill a hole in the back panel to fix that. Fourth. for the left side piece where it is to be screwed into the front corner bottom piece, I could not insert a screw into the hole because there was already a broken off piece of screw in the hole. Since I didn't have a tap to extract the broken screw, I had to drill a hole next to it and use a bolt and nut to get the left side piece to be attached to the bottom piece. Fifth, same issue as above for the hinge piece for the right front door that is to be screwed to the right side piece. The threads in the part where the screw goes in was all boogered up and couldn't attached the hinge part to the right side piece. Only way I could figure out how to fix this was to get a hammer and chisel and bust off the piece that the screw goes into and then use a bolt and nut to attach the hinge piece to the right side piece. All in all, a horrible job of manufacturing and quality control that made it nearly impossible to assemble the cart. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!! If my Blaze grill is of the same poor manufacturing and quality as the cart, I'll be returning the grill. | Was This Helpful? |
