I have been an All-Clad customer for many years and have many of their cookware products. Their D3 and D5 stainless steel pans and pots are great.Their Nonstick Fry Pan just doesn't last. I had the 12" D3 Nonstick Fry Pan a few times. I follow their product instruction on how to use and take care of them and still the non-stick coating will come off. I think carbon-steel pans is a more superior product.

I called with concern regarding non-stick adhering to my pan. Rick @ All Clad stayed on the phone with me while I emailed him picture. After Rick reviewed the pictures Rick honored their lifetime warranty and is sending me new 12" pan. Excellent customer service and true to their warranty. I have all kinds of All Clad products and due to their quality products, service and warranty I will be a lifetime customer.

For my husband, he already has the stainless steel and loves it so now he has a non stick as well. He's used it a few times now and so far absolutely loves it! After he cooks he usually just wipes it out so it hasn't seen a lot of soap.

Excellent pan! This is our go-to pan for everyday use. Food does not stick or burn to this pan and, even with constant use, it lasts 15 to 18 months before the non-stick coating starts to fail. We have always hand washed our pans, but it says it can be put in the dishwasher. We have had Calphalon, T-fal, and everything in between and this is the best pan available!

Only used a few times but non-stick is excellent so far. Pan is very heavy and the handle is very uncomfortable and hard to hold when cleaning. Love the large size but haven't found a cover screen to fit it yet.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
