Weber Summit Grill Center Natural Gas Grill With Rotisserie, Sear Burner & Side Burner - Stainless Steel - 292001

Attention ALL, I am NOT enjoying my recent purchase Someone needs to acknowledge the facts: -My Weber Grill Center is registered! -I have had my Weber Grill Center more than a month, and I am not satisfied with the results of my requests. -the side burner disconnect connection is TWO PIECES, the male end is screwed into the side burner manifold and the female end is connected to the GAS HOSE. -I suggest to send me a side burner assembly -I suggest to send me a new Weber Grill Center because NO ONE UNDERSTANDS THE SIDE BURNER CONNECTION -I have sent PICTURES and have responded to every WEBER E-mail -VERY FRUSTRATING!! -VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

I have a lot of issue try to light the grill it does not work as good as my old one that I had for 15 years. I am not having issues trying to get it fixed.

Although this grill arrived with a few damaged and missing parts, Weber took care of everything right away, other than the backordered items. Customer service was immediately available and very pleasant to work with. This grill is truly a thing of beauty and offers many, many features that I grew unable to live without with my last Summit S-670. The heavy gauge stainless steel grates provide a very nice cooking surface and are very easy to clean. The rotisserie is a fantastic additional feature and we used it often on our original summit grill.

Would like information on how to get replacements parts, as mine came damaged and is missing some parts (user manual missing, 2 legs for main center missing, left side grill cover broken, left side grill cowling broken)

The Grill was easy to put together and looks nice! One nice thing to have would be a small drawer on the left wing to be able to keep small items like temp probes etc. Just seems like wasted space. The grill cooks very well and fast. Be careful as it can get too hot. When doing initial "burn off" after assembly the grill got so hot that the front bezel actually buckled from expansion. Another problem I am having is the side burner does not light consistently. It appears the ignitor is below the center burner and arcs to the outside ring which does not allow the gas to be ignited. It is faster and safer to just use a lighter. The side burner works very well once lit. The Sear station does great also.

Love the grill, but one of the burners doesn't light. I called Weber to order a replacement part and it's been a month and it still hasn't shipped. Terrible customer service for such an expensive product. I've been a Weber fan all my life, but this in not a good experience.

Have to say, i thought I would be a Weber guy for life. Bought my first Weber in my 20s and loved it. Upgraded to a Summit 670 about 9 years ago, everything has gone wrong with or failed, igniters, ceramic rotisserie burner, side burner was was very cheap and not very good.used cheap plastic wrapped parts to look like chrome, lights both the control lights and the grill lights failed, Some were covered by warranty, but most not, and several issues were difficult if almost impossible to fix or repair. Discovered the bottom of my frame was rusting, and because I bought prior to 2017, no ten year warranty. Last summer I bought a Canadian made grill for my cottage, and it is simply a far superior grill with way better features for the same price point.

I've owned this grill for a little over two years now and am still amazed at how well it cooks. I've prepared steaks, chicken, fish, ribs, veggies, and even a prime rib roast on it, and all have turned out better than on any other gas grill that I've owned. The heavy-duty rotisserie is a joy to use. For me the best feature of this grill is all of the options that are available for heat management. You can sear, brown, or bake over direct or indirect flame by using the different combinations of burners incorporated in this grill. Not to forget the side burner and smoker box. Looking forward to many more years of great meals with this product.

I own a Weber Summit 420 Propane gas grill and the first flue on the gas manifold would stop working properly by burning very low. There was no spider web in the flue and I stuck a pin in the hole to make sure it was clear and it didn't help. They were very good at sending me a replacement but the new gas manifold ended up doing the same thing after a few uses which is why I will go with a different grill this spring.

Disappointed in the quality of the components since one burner has stopped working and is releasing gas continually. Problem occurred less than 5 months after purchase on an outside burner that is rarely used. Customer service was contacted and is shipping a replacement burner. I would have expected not to a have a component failure so soon.
