Best Weber Ever Produced! This thing holds steady heat longer than any kettle I've ever used. It's a kettle and slow smoker all in one! I can only say, you won't be disappointed with one of these. I'm so glad I got the table with mine because I'll be cooking a lot with the Summit Charcoal Grilling Center! Thanks Weber!

This is a good grill but not good for smoking. It is not able to hold temperatures below 250 degrees unless there is a very sparse amount of fuel, in which case fuel must be added frequently. And adding fuel while cooking is inconvenient to say the least as the lid has to be opened(affecting temperature) to do so and in spite of features designed to allow adding fuel with out disturbing the food, it is not easy to do so. I smoked on it once and sold it. I suggest a Weber grill or a smoker, but not this product to do both.

The grill is fun to use. Learning its methods of grilling are new to me and it always works well. Stainless steel is a plus.
Performs all advertised functions well and easy to use. I did have to keep my prior Weber for rotisserie but I understood that prior to purchase.
We bought this grill last summer and are extremely pleased with the quality and performance of the grill. The first thing we did was a brisket and it turned out fabulous. I am a dedicated charcoal griller and the Weber Summit is the best in the world, as far as I'm concerned. Since that initial brisket, we have grilled, smoked and cooked a variety of foods and the Summit never fails to perform flawlessly. We keep it in tip top shape and it still looks new.
I have owned my Weber Summit Charcoal Grilling Center for a year now. Is the most versatile and steady charcoal BBQ and grill I've ever used. It holds temp in any weather and can be set up to cook almost anything. Set up for BBQ it will easily run 8 hours without tending to the coals no matter the weather. The ability to store everything on the cart and have the mobile work service make it a complete cooking system all on it's own is fantastic. The all stainless grate system, improved air control with the gasket and better vents, and air insulated design should be an excellent set up for decades to come.

I've had my WSCG for almost a year now. I use it several times a week to grill or smoke, no matter sun or rain, hot or cold, the WSCG can handle it. It direct grills, reverse sears, low and slow smokes, and high heat pizza cooks with ease. Only tool missing is a rotisserie, then it would be really complete. Hopefully Weber comes out with an attachment for that soon.

I had been planning to replace my offset smoker/BBQ for nearly 2 years. Went back and forth between staying with charcoal or trying a pellet grill, but couldn't find anything that I could both grill on and do some smoking on. I just happened to stumble on the Weber Summit Charcoal Grilling Center at my local appliance store when picking up a part. After several visits and taking the unit apart, I made the conclusion, this is what I had to have. If I were to design something myself, this would be it. All I can say is that everything I grill or smoke on it has turned out top notch. Because of the air insulated enclosure and heat diffuser plate, I've even been able to smoke salmon. I've done 18 hour brisket smokes without having to add charcoal or use an entire bag. This thing is amazing!

Nice grill!!! Bought this to replace a performer grill I had for 20yrs. Have issues with thermometer steaming up and also smoke coming from igniter tube(when smoking ) gumming up gas orifice . Plugged up numerous times. Overall a nice grill !!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
