I bought this grill about a month ago. We've made a pizza, ribs, steak, hamburgers and a beer can chicken. Very happy with my purchase. Heats up nicely and holds a temperature great. Looking forward to many more meals!

My wife bought this for me for fathers day. I have always cooked on gas grills and never smoke anything. I would say that this is a great grill for anyone and is very well built. For someone who has never smoked anything on a grill, this grill makes it easy to control temps and get set up. Extremly happy with this product!

I've had this grill for about a month now having had the performer for almost 10 years. Still has many features of the performer that I didn't like....the difficulty in attaching the propane tank, the ash catcher. I like the stainless steel platform attached to it, a lot easier to maintain the temperature, the ignitor works so far, (had three on the performer, finally gave up and just used a match to light the propane.) Overall, I'm satisfied with this grill despite the high cost. I have some recipes I want to try with the smoker. I'll be doing that before the end of summer.

Hard to get the right temp for smoking but that is my error. I am in love with my summit charcoal workstation. I admittedly picked up the smoke and MK4 but at 97 it nice to moninitor most of the time from my couch. I love this grill. My other is th three burner Genesis II (yes I spoil my self). Super easy to care for but the iPhone interface pales in comparison to ThermoSorks. I'm still getting use to the Charvosl Summit but with each try I love it mired

I have grilled and smoked with this grill. It performs as expected! I was ready to get a big joe kamado grill until I watched YouTube baby back maniac videos. He is what sold me on weber. He should work for Weber!

Let me begin by saying I have been a Weber kettle fan and owner for about 15 years. I was completely happy with my Weber Performer and really not looking for anything. My son and my wife decided to surprise me with the Sumit for Father's Day. I actually fussed at them for spending the money until The Beast arrived! ( I had resisted going to even look at them.) I have used it every weekend since receiving it. I am amazed at the performance of this grill. The insulation on this grill is over the top. I have friends who have the green eggs and another brand but there is no comparison!!! My first attempt at a brisket was fantastic! The grill is easy to use, holds the temp, surface area is amazing, the performance of this grill just can't be beat! We have nicknamed it The Beast. It is a man's grill, an awesome smoker, the "Cadillac" of grills and anyone who enjoys grilling will be over the top with this one. I read reviews about some saying it was too pricy. My thought on that one is that you get what you pay for. My son still has the first Weber kettle we bought 15 years ago and it's going strong. The performance of the grill, the extra features of the stainless side table, storage area, propane start all make this Beast one I'm proud to own.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
