I purchased a Q1000 portable grill in 2021 for an upcoming 8 month cross country and Baja trip in our Airstream travel trailer. It's compact size fit perfectly in the Airstream, we used it extensively throughout our trip and it performed flawlessly. I have used it since several times without issues. After not using it in a year , I recently experienced some regulator issues but the helpful team in tech support and customer service were able to help me get the issue resolved.

I purchased a Q1000 in 2021 for an 8 month trip In our Airstream travel trailer. Its compact size fit nicely in the Airstream, it worked flawlessly during the trip, grilled a variety of meats and vegetables nicely. The regulator fitting worked well with an extension hose so I could use my larger 30 lb tanks with it. I cleaned it regularly, and let it covered and stored when not using it. Since that first trip, I have used it a few times with no problem. I recently embarked on a 2 month trip, and could not get gas to go thru the regulator. I cleaned the port with a paper clip to make sure no dirt had gotten into it, with no luck. Everything except the regulator is still under the 5 year warranty, the regulator expired at 2 years. Weber wants $82 for a new regulator, 1/3 of the price of a new grill. I tried troubleshooting the regulator via Weber's chatbot, it told me I need to replace it. There is no phone number for a live person at Weber. This is the 5th Weber grill I have owned, and have never experienced a regulator failure. I am am pretty unhappy, and am thinking about finding another portable grill company, there are several out there.

It worked wonderfully ! We took it camping and it did a great job. It was easy to use. When we got it home it was easy to clean up too.

This is the best grill for our trips, it cooks a lot of meat and one tank of gas lasted us 7 uses which we were amazed by. This is our best purchase!

I love this grill because I am not a BBQ person. My son had the fancy grill and made wonderful and tasty meals on it. But he grew up and moved out and that great big thing was sitting on my deck. And I was always the one who had to clean it. It was not pleasant. So I got rid of that great big fancy grill and got this one, which is just right for my life now. It doesn't take up half the deck, is SO easy to clean, and I can move it when I'm not using it. I can control the heat and I especially love having the griddle part as an option. I don't entertain a million people the way I used to. My gatherings tend to be 4 or 5 people now and this grill is perfect for that.

A great camping grill - is it the best one? Maybe, maybe not, but certainly no other has support and replacement parts like the Webers. I also travel w a small griddle - between the two, I never need anything larger for camping. It is relatively compact, though I do wish the gas knob was more tucked in. I also wish they made liners for the inside of the grill. All in all no real deal breaker complaints. Heats food evenly and is easy to disassemble and pressure wash at the end of the season.

Very pleased with this grill after two occasions. Heat is very well distributed across the entire cooking surface. The grill is relatively easy to clean, especially with the disposable drip tray toward the bottom of the unit.

The grill was catching on fire, not in a normal way. The gas controller was allowing too much gas in and my whole grill kept catching on fire. I only had one small piece of meat on each time to try it out. I returned it to the store and got another one (the 1200 model this time). It's still in the box. I haven't had the time or energy to put it together. I was so disappointed in my experience with the Q1000. I had a Weber previously for nine years and loved it.

Exactly what we wanted. This replaced our first Weber - purchased 15 years ago! The grill is sturdy but easy to assemble. The grill area cooks much more than expected on a smaller grill. And it's portable!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
