| Meat Temperature Probe - Must-have Item!This is perhaps the single greatest leap in grill technology. I had a Weber Genesis Silver for close to 20 years and upgraded a few months ago to a new Genesis. The temperature probe coupled with the built in Bluetooth module is amazing! Alerts me when the food is done and have not overcooked anything since I've been using it.
