Joanna in customer service was able to quickly answer my question regarding the proper cover for my grill. The Cover model number had changed, and she was able to verify the correct one. The knowledge and professionalism of Joanna and people in customer service fantastic.

It fit my old Genesis Silver grill, but it is too long, so when I tried to roll my grill, the cover got caught on the wheels and damaged the cover. So now I just take the cover off before moving the grill....

Seems to be thinner than the original Weber cover. As time passes, I'll see if it's as durable as the old one which lasted about 7 years

This is the third Weber cover I've purchased for this grill. The first two were high quality, heavy duty and never budged even when a tornado went through 1/2 block from our house. I just purchased this new one and the quality does not compare to the others. It's not nearly as heavy duty and it's blown off 3 times already in the slightest of wind. These things are NOT cheap. So disappointed. Love my grill but HATE THIS COVER!! JUNK!!

For as much as these cost they should last a good 10 years. However you will find that the Velcro starts failing after 3 years and the wind will lift that grill cover off before you know it

I placed an order for the grill cover, or so I thought. I never received a confirmation email for the order. As such, I called 3 or 4 times and spent over 3 hours on the phone in an attempt to get an answer. I was lied to time after time by the representatives until I was finally told that the cover was on backorder, it had not shipped (even though I was told it had previously). Further, there was no compatible cover for my grill, which I also believe to be untrue. I am very, very disappointed with the customer service and was also lied to as a consumer. Not what I expect from Weber. Their customer service has surely taken a dramatic turn for the worst. Very disappointing!!! Do better, Weber! This is not how to treat your loyal customer!

Excellent fit and finish, fabric still looks good after 5 years. Only issue is that the Velcro on one of the straps no longer sticks. Net result is that the cover flies off during a stiff wind.

I ordered came fast and just as pictured only problem is it is way thinner than I expected especially for the cost! But if it lasts 3plus years I'm fine with it but that is the question I normally get about two to three years from other brands that are way thicker t. This one is thinner lighter which I do like only question is will it last only time will tell and if it doesn't how well is the return warranty going to be

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
