| Grilling basket and fish.Makes grilling fish so much easier. Spray the basket with light coat of cooking spray (like Pam). Salt pepper and garlic powder then light coat of olive oil on each side and cook on high heat for about 2 minutes per side- depends on thickness of the fish- and enjoy. We grilled several center cut salmon filets and this basket allows you to place them directly on the grilling surface for a great smoke/char without worrying about sticking to the grill.
