| Love ItGreat grill. The electronic features are great, especially the accurate digital probe readings, but the SX-325s is really all about the powerful cooking capabilities. The Sear Zone feature is amazing. Perfect steaks time after time, cooked at steakhouse grill temperatures. I do appreciate the fact that I know the grill temperature too, but the truth is that this grill has exceeded my cooking expectations. It's really fun. I bought a cover for it as I expect this grill is going to last for decades if I take care of it. I assembled it in about two hours. | I finally bought a Weber!!!For years I complained about my old grill (not a Weber) and everyone always told me, "get a Weber". Man, were they right. I love this thing. It cooks quickly and thoroughly, in fact, I had to relearn cooking on a grill because this thing cooks very quickly. Steaks come out perfectly (with the cast iron sear grate) and I've cut down cooking time to a couple minutes. I love the electronic display and am learning to use the probes to better time my cooking. I also LOVE the way it cleans up, with the tray sliding out and the aluminum foil grease trays. I even connected a rotisserie and that worked great, as well.
I had to run an electric outlet out to that corner of the deck to power all this stuff, but it is well worth it. We grill food year-round and I see this grill working out great for years to come! | Was This Helpful? |
| Genesis with crafted systemThe Genesis paired with the Weber crafted system has made grilling significantly easier with better, more reproducible results. We interchange the pizza stone and vegetable roasting basket often. Looking forward to the flat top griddle this spring. | Installation/putting it together .I thought I could put it together myself, I couldn't. I had a Genesis C I had bought 20 years ago, I put it together with no issues. This one I had my roommate put it together, he had no issues, lol. It took about 2 hours. And you definitely need 2 people.I would not have been able to do it!
