Hogeye Kilgore, Texas Verified Reviewer ![]() | ★★★★★ ★★★★★ 5.0 Great upgrade for my old Spirit 500.I bought the Genesis II E-315 as an upgrade to my 20 year old Spirit 500 2 burner. I love the extra cooking space and it's easy to control the temperature. This grill appears to be well built and I hope it lasts as long as my old Spirit. Easy to clean. Weber stands by their products and the 10 year everything covered warranty is no joke. I contacted them about a couple of issues and was sent replacement parts quickly. I wouldn't buy anything else. | Was This Helpful? |
Donald Undisclosed Verified Purchaser | ★★★★★ ★★★★★ 5.0 I would buy againGreat product. Great service. | Was This Helpful? |
Gary 513 Cincinnati Verified Reviewer ![]() | ★★★★★ ★★★★★ 5.0 Grill qualityThis grill is the best one I have owned. It grills everything evenly and is easy to clean. I had to replace the grates one time and had no issues getting the replacement parts. They came to my house in about 2 days | Was This Helpful? |
The Grill Victor North Carolina Verified Reviewer ![]() | ★★★★★ ★★★★★ 5.0 Great durable grillGreat grills, last a long time. Bought this one because when I moved our moving company destroyed the older one I had. Same Weber quality. Cleans up beautifully, always looks like I just ran it through the car wash. Cooks great from steaks to fish and if you keep it clean it will last for north of ten years. I wish they made an aluminum insert like a disposable aluminum pan for under all the burners so that the yuckiest part of the grill was easier to clean. Other than that, very pleased and will always own a Weber | Was This Helpful? |

Things We Love:
Base model Weber Genesis gas grills are among the most popular grills in the world. The iGrill-ready Genesis II 3 or 4 burner grills are well-built gas grills at an affordable price point.
The tried and true Weber Cooking System is great at providing even heat distribution and minimizing flare ups. The Genesis II features porcelain-enameled cast iron cooking grids. If you would like to upgrade to the 7mm stainless steel rod cooking grids, the Genesis ll Stainless Lid Models are a great upgrade. The grills also has a tuck-away warming rack, that cleverly folds down when you aren't using it.
Under the grids lies the triangular-shaped Stainless Steel Flavorizer Bars with a flame view window. These shield the burners by catching drippings and turning them into smoke, adding flavor back into your food. Weber pioneered the Flavorizer Bar in 1984, and since then they've proven to do their job extremely well, which is why they're still preventing flare-ups on all Weber gas grills today!
The Genesis II is powered by stainless steel burners that get more narrow towards the back of the grill. This shape reduces heat in the back, producing more consistent heat across the cooking surface. The burners are lit by a reliable push button infinity ignition and produce around 13,000 BTUs per burner on the 3 burner models, and 12,000 BTUs on the 4 burner models.
All Weber Genesis ll Gas Grills come pre wired for the iGrill 3. The iGrill 3 Smart Grilling Thermometer (sold separately) is the ultimate grilling tool that makes it easy to achieve grilling perfection. It mounts to your grill allowing you to monitor your food straight from your phone.
Every Genesis ll is available in black, and the E-315 is also available in copper. I love that the E-330 series grills are also available in copper, crimson and smoke.
The E-330 and E-335 series come with a 12,000 BTU side burner, and a sear station with a 9,000 BTU burner. The sear station creates a high heat zone on the grill that's hotter than other areas of the grill, creating restaurant quality sear marks on your food. The E-330 comes with and an open cart design underneath the grill with ample storage, and the E-335 models come with an enclosed cabinet with two shelves, perfect for storing dinnerware and utensils. The Genesis ll Gas grills also save you valuable storage space with its propane tank storage area, located under the right side shelf. This area conveniently allows you to connect and mount your propane tank underneath the side shelf and features a handy gauge which allows you to monitor your fuel level. As an upgrade the SE-335 comes with an enclosed cabinet with two shelves giving you ample storage, perfect for storing dinnerware and utensils.
With over 50 years in business, Weber Grills customer service is as good as it gets. They have a 10 year warranty on the grill body and on the burners. They have reputable service and quickly handle any service or replacement part situations.
As a Weber Alliance Dealer we also offer the Popular Weber Genesis ll Special Edition which comes with thick 9mm stainless steel rods and a motion activated handle with lights perfect for nightime grilling.
Things To Consider:
The Weber Genesis II does not score well for high heat due to a low maximum BTU output, when compared to other grills in the same class.
You'll Like This Grill If:
You want a stylish, affordable, and popular gas grill from the most popular BBQ brand, Weber.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we’ve all come to expect for small parcels, so it’s important that you’re prepared and understand what’s required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We’ll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we’ve only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.

Most companies charge a restocking fee. We just don't do business that way.
Message to our customers: Like all retailers and manufacturers, we’re currently experiencing well-publicized supply-chain issues and steel shortages that have caused some orders to be delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences arising from this situation, and we assure you we’re making every effort to solve these problems with our vendors and logistical partners.
So, why are some orders being affected? Major ports around the world are still operating at reduced capacity because of COVID-19 restrictions — on average, container boats sit at port for about 3 weeks before being unloaded. Combine these shipping inefficiencies with a scarcity of natural resources, and virtually every industry has been crippled to some degree. Yet we acknowledge that it’s our duty to meet these challenges head-on and work toward solutions so you can enjoy more time outdoors with the people you love. We appreciate your patience as we strive to smooth out our supply chain, and we thank you for choosing us for your grilling and outdoor living needs.
