Incredible grill that looks and cooks like no other grill I have owned. No more flare ups, incredibly consistent temperature control, impeccable build quality in the smallest details. My old Weber kettle grill has hell up to many years of wonderful service. But this gas grill give me the convenience and smoke free experience that has won over my wife!

Ive used the grill abour 3 times and I do not have any complaints gets the job done sturdy and seems like the quality is top notch I am very pleased that it also comes with a 10yr warranty

I have only used my grill a few times, but I can really see the difference compared to the cheap, disposable grills I have been using for years. That quality shows in the food I have grilled. I am sorry I waited so long to buy a Weber!

Two years now and still no rust issues. One igniter broke but the customer support was excellent, I did not know customer support could be done so well.

As a manufacturer and retired owner of a tool and die shop, I look a product over with a knowledgeable eye before purchasing. The quality of design, construction and materials of this Weber grill should last 10 times what my previous 2 gas grills have. Plus it works great! Nice product! Kudos!

Controls are easy to use. Cooking is even, without flare ups. We chose the open bottom model as our former Weber was closed at bottom and rotted out. Excellent grill!

Moderator, this is a list of facts. If you refuse to publish it, this post and the previous post you moderated get published and we blow open this whole "we refuse to publish negative reviews" concept you've got going. I'm also going to have a chat with your attorneys about suppressing information about a dangerous product defect; your regulators fail internally and vent gas rapidly I to the air. Your brand is valuable, throwing it away like this isn't in your best interest. I purchased a Webber grill for the warranty. My regulator failed internally and vented the entire contents of my propane tank into the air on my porch. I asked for a replacement under warranty, providing all required information including the grill serial number and a photo of the purchase receipt from an authorized Webber dealer. I was asked to again provide the serial number and purchase date, the same date that was on the receipt originally provided. I pointed out I had already provided this info, and was told that a replacement was on its way. It has been over a month and I still do not have my replacement. No-one has asked for any further information on the defect that vented an entire tank of propane into the air in the space of 5 minutes.

I wish it had a half size top cooking rack it has a small warming rack in the back top but to space is to large and hot dogs fall through.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
