Grills and flame tamers rusted out. I have contacted bbqguys in Baton Rouge twice and went to the store one time and no help from them at all. Pitiful customer service.

Had the grill for two years. Does not retain heat, grill grates are poor quality, BBQ is covered but still spots of rust developed. Do not recommend!

I've had my Victory 3-Burner Propane Gas Grill with Infrared Side Burner for a couple of years now, and it has easily become one of the best purchases I've made for my backyard. I live in Texas, so my grill gets used a lot—between the heat, the dust, and frequent cookouts, any piece of equipment out here really gets put to the test. This grill has handled all of it without missing a beat. Performance & Reliability From day one, the grill has been rock solid. It lights quickly, heats evenly, and holds temperature well whether I'm doing a quick weeknight dinner or a long, slow cook on the weekends. The infrared side burner is a huge plus—perfect for searing steaks or getting a great crust on burgers without overcooking the inside. I haven't had any functional issues with the grill. No inconsistent flames, no ignition problems, no weird hot or cold spots. It just works every time I turn it on, and that's exactly what I want from a grill. Durability & Replacement Parts Over time, with as much use as it gets, I did need to replace the flame tamers and grill grates. That's normal wear and tear, especially in Texas where the grill is basically a year-round tool. What impressed me most was how easy that process was. Customer Support Customer support has been outstanding. When I reached out about replacing my flame tamers and grill grates, the team was responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and painless. It's clear they stand behind their product, and that gives me even more confidence in owning this brand long term. Living in Texas – Highly Recommended If you live in Texas—or anywhere with a similar climate where you're grilling often—this is a fantastic option. It holds up in the heat, performs consistently, and feels like it was built with real backyard cooking in mind, not just for show. Would I Buy It Again? Absolutely. I'm happy enough with this grill that I'm planning to buy one for my son as a housewarming gift.

Bought this grill 3 years ago. Used cover religiously. Burners are rusted out and no replacements offered. Very dissapointed. Will not buy Victory grill again.

I've had this grill for 2 or 3 years...within 6 months it started to not cook evenly and has only gotten worse over time. Way to much to spend for uneven cooking. Also it's very weird how the knob for the infrared on the side is no the one all the way to the right. It confuses anyone who doesn't know how to use the grill.

I've had this grill for 3 years. Like many others, both cooking grates are rusted. I've replaced them once. One of the doors below does not close properly because the construction is so poor that the grill is no longer square. I would continue to use it if I could get parts but obviously they are no longer available. Do not buy this product or use BBQ to purchase a grill.

These grates should definitely be pulled, especially for the sear box. The chrome plating is flaking off! I am no medical expert, but I would think that could be incredibly hazardous... overall the grill isn't horrible but most definitely feels cheap sitting next to my Genesis.

i've had this grill for four years now and it is the best gas grill by far that I have ever owned. steaks, chickens on the rotisserie, burgers, dogs, and even pizza have been done perfectly. I started out with a hibachi as a teenager ( yes, a boomer) and have had many types and brands of grills since. looking for a new grill cover and out of curiosity I read some of the reviews on this grill and so many were negative. i'm guessing that spam has a lot to do with the content. BBQ guys are great and I doubt they would ever provide a product that was so bad. love mine.

Beneath the grill gets too hot and melted the propane line (TWICE) very dangerous!! Temp gauge fogs up, rust on heat plates and grates. There is no accountability from bbqguys.com or corrective action for their customers. Not only would I not recommend this specific grill but also the company as a whole! You would be better off at any big box store.

Asked by Shane | Answered by WesleyTo turn on the side sear burner. First, make sure you have the propane turned on and the side see burner igniter hooked up from when you installed it. Turn the knob with the gold v on and keep trying until it lights. It takes me about 4-5 tries and I do a slow turn on the knob to get the propane concentrated enough to ignite. Hope that helps. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
