Numbered airflow settings on the sliding top and bottom vents allow you to intuitively hone temperatures as desired; this also makes cooks easily repeatable once you find the sweet spot. Tracking those temperatures is simple thanks to the built-in lid thermometer, which includes markings that indicate the cooking styles performed at different heat zones. The kamado lid is outfitted with a spring-assisted hinge for nearly-effortless opening, while the latch helps create a proper seal to efficiently trap smoke and heat inside the grill.
Spacious Cooking Area & Easy Cleanup
The 21-inch Victory Kamado charcoal grill has a stainless steel grilling grate 21 inches in diameter, resulting in 346 square inches of cooking space for searing, grilling, roasting, smoking, and even baking. In other words, this grill can fit 15 burgers at once! The grate also offers a hinged section that lifts to give you quick access to the firebox when the coals need to be stirred or replenished. To keep the celebration going, the heat-absorbing cast iron charcoal grate has cutouts that let loose ashes out and welcome airflow in. When it comes time to collect all that ash, the bottom vent features a secondary sliding door for a wider opening and easier access to the debris.

Victory offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions on all ceramic parts of the grill. All metal parts are warrantied for five (5) years, and the thermometer and gaskets are warrantied for one (1) year. Labor is not included.

Overall Great Quality and ValueOverall I would recommend this. It's very well made with only a couple minor issues. The side shelves are a bit finicky and there is no way to adjust the spring tension on the lid. Otherwise built like a tank and a great value over the big green and red brands. I was concerned that this was an unusual size and being a brand without a lot of accessories. I did find a two tier grill with heat deflector for a 22" kettle grill that fits and works well.
