Very nice cutting board. Doesn't fit very well on my 575. The Magnets are too far apart for all of them to attach to the hopper lid. I will still make good use of it.

Perfect fit and addition to such a beautiful grill. Very convenient and secure, magnets hold tight and board does not move when opening pellet box. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to style your grill and add a touch of practicality to your grill.

I put this on my front shelf, folded the shelf, and the board slid off onto the ground. I have a wood shop and can add more magnets, but I shouldn't have to.

I am seeing some response from Trager representatives to the boards not having enough magnets to hold the board in place when opening the hopper but not seeing constructive results. Is the board good enough to maintain your reputation of quality product's or is this something you want to improve? One major improvement would be to offer your improved board as a purchase option for your existing or should I say previous customers. Have not even received a response from previous post. Just would like to know if Trager is proud of their existing board or not? If not why dis you change the design at least two times by now? Your existing customers have the opportunity promote or not promote your product. I rate the rest of the grill as a 5 while the board provided is a 1.

The board that came with my grill has 4 small magnets size of the width of a pencil that may or may not hold the board when lifting the hopper lid. Seen some boards with larger magnets on a newer Trager but seem to buy one. Order a new board with the understanding that it was a newer style that had larger magnets but received the same style with the smaller magnets. With the rest of the grill being quality along with the high price, surely Trager would want to resolve this issue rather than have the negative feedback. Went by a Trager dealer ship and they had a board that had a whole sheet magnet on the bottom but could not purchase one. On a positive note. The hopper put out way to many pellets and caused a large fire that warp my bottom pan and Trager replaced it at no cost after having me do a water flow test where the water flowed over the back instead of to the front channel. At the same time I order the cutting board that I might as well send back as it will be no better than the one I have now.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
