With innovative design and superior construction, Summit refrigeration products are finely crafted inside and out. Pub cellars are specially designed to store and age craft beer at just the right temperature. This commercially approved 5. 5 cubic foot pub cellar features a hidden evaporator system set behind the rear wall for a seamless and easy to clean interior. The hidden evaporator also allows you to wipe down the back without having to get between crevices or touch any machinery. The refrigerator has three adjustable glass shelves, a flat door liner, and a light with an on/off rocker switch. The digital thermostat and display has a preset range of 40 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to savor the fullest flavor from red wine and darker ales. The temperature can be overridden to standard refrigerator range. This beverage center also features automatic defrost to make cleaning easy. The locking stainless steel door with towel bar handle provides added security. The front venting and fully finished stainless steel cabinet allow this 100 percent CFC free unit to be used built-in or freestanding.
