Bar Non the best of classI received this for Xmas in 2009. Built a nice grilling table for it and got started grilling. Out here in the west we have four seasons, so grilling is done all year around in all kinds of weather. This grill is awesome. I can lay either a baby back rib or a smaller rib across the width and still can close lid. I have grilled pizza, salmon, cod ,chicken, brats, veggies, shrimp, lobster, razor clams, and too much more too list. Yes this is a smaller grilled aimed at smaller groups.. This is great for ma and pa, and owners who do not need to feed lots of people.. With mine I can feed up to 4 easily. I grill weekly in winter and at least 4 times a week during warmer months. I am still using the original grates and maybe this year they will be replaced. The extended grills are a must and the support rack for drip pan and ceramic plates are a must. I know the price is a big deal when purchasing a ceramic grill, but you get what you pay for. I like to tear down clean and inspect my grill every spring prior to the heavy use season. Not one crack in any of the parts. I have replaced the seal once with a product I found on the Primo Forum site and that seal has been perfect since 2010. Great grill. Great support from Primo. Small family, perfect grill. One other item or too. I am up and cooking just as quick as a gas grill. Temp is easier to control than a gas grill IMO. | Was This Helpful? | |
Multi-mission GrillingOval Junior on teak table permits full multi-mission grilling, whether its searing with lid up, very hot short-term smoking, or long-term smoking at lower temps. Ceramic wall is nice and thick for even cooking without cleaning out ashes from last time. Unburned lump coal can be fired back up after adding only a little more fresh coal, which saves on cost of charcoal. Vents can adjust for a wide range of cooking temps. | Was This Helpful? | |
Best Kamado GrillI love this grill and the way it cooks. I'm very patriotic so I like products made in America. I was searching for either a regular charcoal grill or kamado style grill.
