The Ooni 12-inch Bamboo Pizza Peel and Serving Board helps you move pizzas in and out of your Ooni Pizza oven. The moisture-resistant smooth bamboo surface helps to keep your pizza from sticking, especially when dusted with some flour. The front lip aids in sliding the pizza on and off the board. It also doubles as a serving and slicing board. The bamboo board should be hand-washed only, and dried prior to storing. Do not expose the bamboo pizza peel and serving board to the extreme heat inside the oven for extended periods of time.

| Love it pizza slides offThe bamboo pizza peels are the PERFECT accessory to your Ooni oven! They are smooth to the touch and thin on the end so it's easy to launch your pizza but still very strong so you feel secure. Very nicely designed product. Highly recommend getting one for every member of your family as you can all prepare your pizzas at the same time and your able to launch them- then everyone still has their own bamboo peel to be served their pizza on- and you can cut on these bamboo peels. | Wish it was a littleI had miserable results with "launches" from my perforated peel. I bought the Bamboo and the turning peel and use all three to make awesome pizza as a complete beginner. | Game changer for fully loaded pizzasI already had a metal peel which I had difficulty with in terms of getting fully loaded pizzas off. Now we make the pizzas on this and they slide off perfect.
