When hardwired into a 240-volt outlet, these models boast 10,000 BTUs and can heat up 800 square feet, which is the biggest coverage area among electric fireplaces in their category. Trivista units hardwired into a 120-volt outlet produce half as many BTUs but still have an impressive heating area.
Despite giving off so much heat, Trivista electric fireplaces are CSA-certified for safety and are highly efficient home heating options. They’re also quite convenient — both the included remote and the touch screen control panel allow you to adjust the heater, ember bed colors, flame colors, and timer.
