Napoleon offers a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on major components including the hood, stainless steel lid, porcelain enamel lid, aluminum castings, stainless steel cooking grids, stainless steel tube burners. Napoleon offers a fifteen (15) year warranty for all other parts including, but not limited to, stainless steel sear plates, porcelain enamel cast iron grids, stainless steel infrared rotisserie, infrared side burner, and other components. Labor not included.

| It was a mistake buying this grillMy grill isn't working properly, the lights on the burner controls do not light on blue and red and the spark ignition control does not work. | Napoleon doesn't stand behind their products and warranty.There was a terrible gas leak and it was brand new and Napoleon refused to replace and sent me a motherboard to replace and no tech to do it!
