Napoleon Legacy Prestige PRO 500 4-Burner Natural Gas Grill w/ Rotisserie & Side Burner - PRO500RSIBNSS-3

We BBQ on average, 2 x wk. used the rotisserie to cook a 13 pound turkey. Perfectly cooked. Really like the separate searing grill. Steaks look like steak house quality! Not at all easy to assemble, needed my handyman's help. Probably above pay grade of average homeowner.

Bought this grill 2.5 years ago from BBQ guys website. Worked fine for first few months. Noticed excessive flares ups, poor heat adjustability. Cleaned grates, box and everything in between constantly to stay ahead of issues. Never changed and performance became more erratic. Plastic on doors melted, shelves don't stay on, electronics all burned up, labels/stickers gone. Would not buy again.

Cooks HOT & flames like crazy with burgers. After only six months or so of intermittent/occasional use, I had to tear it apart and scrub the heck out of it. Hoping for better results moving forward, but we'll see. I can't help but wonder if I should have spent $1000 less and just bought a Weber.

Cheap piece of junk!. Bought one here a lot cheaper a few years ago. Doors falling off and can't get to stay on. Temp gage stopped working as well as glow lights. Cheap plastic casters, one is bent completely. Rotisserie basket did not fit correctly and could not get it to work. I would never buy a napoleon grill agian. The only good thing I can say is it is still cooking. Getting a new grill and giving this away. Can't believe the price of this piece of junk now. Beware!

Purchased this model instead of the Phantom due to covid issues and delays, plus it came with a free cover. Packing was top notch and assembly was simplified by the use of the company's tutorial videos. This Pro model has all the whistles and bells that other models don't have, plus it has numerous accessories available, pizzas stone, baskets, smoke box and SS laser cut multi-use upper rack. Just tried the choral pan "yes! Cooking with charcoal on a gas grill, crazy but tasty. The sizzle zone works great as well as the upgraded rotisseries burner and the main gill. This whole grill is made to last from the upgraded supper thick and heavy cooking grates which will outlast last serval generations of users, to the cast aluminum burner box and the SS burners. This is defiantly a hand me down to the family and kids' grill. You do pay a premium for it but I was averaging a new three to four hundred dollars grill every 3 to 4 years since I grill weekly. There is no winter in the RGV, TX the land of 2 summers, so we cook year-round. Had it for about a year. On a scale from one to ten I give it a (9) because nothing is perfect. Or is it? High five to BBQ Guys for working with me on this purchase.

I've had it about a month now and cooked all my usual staples. Perhaps one of the best things I love about it is the evenness of the cook. The temp is only slightly higher in the back than it is on the front so IM not constantly moving my meat around to even out the doneness. This is my third Napoleon grill...My first lasted reliably about 10-12 years. Both would have lasted longer but I grill out far more than the average guy. Im very pleased with all the features this one touted. No complains at all. BBQGuys was outstanding to work with and may be one of the easiest large purchases I've ever made online. For what it's worth, I've never left an online review before. That should say enough.

It is a great grill

We went grill searching for over a year and after looking at the specs, features and material we decided on the Napoleon Pro. It was easy to assemble, the components are all made well and the steel in the grill and the cart are excellent quality for the price point. The infrared and searing station were important to my husband while the look and lights in the knobs were necessary for me (I wanted it to look nice while it was in or out of use). The knobs turn red when that portion of the grill is turned on which I feel is helpful especially when you are trying to see what burners are on from a distance. We haven't used the rotisserie or grill basket just yet but I'm happy we purchased that along with the grill. The food cooks quickly and evenly. the ice bucket and bottle opener at the bottom is very smart use of the space and I appreciate their thoughtful design. For the price, quality, modern look and cooking ability, this is a great value and I am so happy we ended choosing this grill. BBQ guys delivery and customer service were on point too! It's our first online purchase through the site and I their customer support, online access and delivery was very seamless and easy.

It's a great grill and cooks really well. the wavy cooking grids suck to clean, it destroys cleaning stone. I'm going to find replacement grids that are straight
