Very expensive absolutely terrible grill. Constantly has electronic error problems. Grill does not function well on either mode of cooking. Constant temperature problems.

As other customers have stated, do not buy this Memphis Grill! First of all had issues with Wi-Fi connectivity(as others stated). Once that was solved, had a solid few uses out of it before the screen was faulty and water got inside of it. Replacement screen was sent now the 3rd screen is not even turning on. Superior equipment solutions bought out Memphis grills and they are currently refusing to honor the replacement under warranty. Got 6 months of use during the 1 1/2 years we've owned it. What's the point of a warranty if a company isn't going to honor it? If we end up with a resolution, I will repost a better review but for now this has been a huge disappointment and a $5000 waste of money:(

Bought a Memphis Pro in 2017, and it worked great until October 2023 when the control unit began malfunctioning. Have tried continuously since then to obtain a replacement, but the new owner's service department won't even return phone calls.

the wifi is useless and the control panel is VERY buggy I have to pull the power once every couple of weeks to even get it to boot. When its working its a really good grill. The customer support is also horrible, they never call back and just getting a replacement sheer pin Im going on a month where I cant use my grill.

When it worked, the grill was ... okay. Wifi is temperamental and useless (you can monitor but not adjust anything via the app). The grill broke within months of installing it. I had to replace all the circuit boards in the back of the grill. And then again. And then again. I finally gave up. I spent hours and hours on the phone with tech support. Then Memphis Grills sold its assets to another company. I spent hours and hours on the phone with tech support. And then I gave up. Buyers beware.

2nd time I used it. It burned out of control. Ruining itself, My counters and my USDA Prime, Prime Rib. Good luck getting ANY response from Memphis Grills!!!!!! Terrible company

Despite the literature saying the opposite, you cannot control anything on this grill via WiFi. I purchased this grill based on the WiFi capabilities, and was disappointed to find out after installing the grill that apparently they discontinued WiFi control due to a lawsuit infringing on Traegers patent. You will not see this on this website, so buyer beware, all you can do is observe temps period, nothing else. The wifi also has to be continually reset as well, just to be able to use this limited functionality.

Yes, it really is a grill and smoker. It really is an amazing do everything well appliance. I use it at least 6 times a week. Made cooking outside so much easier with 90% of the flavor compared with stick or charcoal grills. Now there are some more maintenance such ad an occasional igniter or Wi-Fi issue. Note Wi-Fi has not dropped in over a year, but was bad prior to the patch. You will have a few things pop up but I would never go back to charcoal or stick as my daily driver. I'm getting a Komodo as well but if I only had one it would be the Memphis Pro.

1 yr old ,main control board and led screen so far ,they did replace it under warranty, but that will end soon

The grill works very well other than wifi is not reliable. Always disconnects. My biggest issue is being completely ignored by Memphis when I need support. If you can't support your products I will not buy them.
