Might be the best outdoor appliance I've ever foundSuch a great performing smoker, can grill at very high temps, cook pizza, or slow and low 10-20 hour smokes. I've had zero issues, the variable speed fan control and insulated construction make it incredibly accurate and goes through a small amount of pellets. I can adjust temps over wifi or internet, automatic shut down to a holding temp once internal temp hits target. Love it so farInstall is definitely a little involved. The protection film is hard to get off and it can be very difficult to remove after it's installed, but you also don't want it to get damaged during install. When you install if you can, put the controller pad where you can see if from the house. It's nice just to have visual confirmation everything is good without getting cold! The smoking works awesome. I do wish the two sides of pellets were independent and controllable so I could pick my flavor at the time. Versus having to load different pellets for each product. It's not very practical to remove existing pellets. I love the app. I forgot to reload pellets before I did an extended smoke and I could tell from the app it was losing heat and was able to come home and reload. The heat is very consistent making it easier with cooking times. You do have to do some maintenance with this so check the schedule in the manual. It's not a lot but you do have to clean out the pellet pot and stuff. Overall, we are really enjoying this! Going to make pizzas today! | Was This Helpful? |
