17 years in outdoor kitchen use. Heat, snow, rain, and several hurricanes/major storms later it is still going strong. No, it is not the quietest, but when entertaining, nobody notices it. It fits under a conventional height outdoor granite counter top. Fits snugly. No need for space at the rear. Keeps everything cold. What more can you ask? We disconnect it for winter. Throw a tarp on it in those years we remember. I am about to replace the first door gasket/seal. No other maintenance issues. No repairs needed. Just keeps on going.

In less than 1 year, the fan starts making terrible, loud noises. I spent a fortune on this. No real support. They said to call a contractor in my area and put me on hold. Save your money.

Only giving one star because zero stars is not available. When I first got the refrigerator, the door would not seal and I had a repair person come out over three times. The final resolution was a new refrigerator. The new refrigerator worked for one year, then stopped working. I have never had a refrigerator so expensive break so fast. I have friends and neighbors that have cheaper brands and even back venting refrigerators outdoors they were probably for years, yet I buy a high end and it breaks in less than a year. I am disappointed and frustrated!

Service and support is terrible as other reviewers have mentioned, mine at least to date I have been able to troubleshoot on my own, but the fan is so loud and runs constantly that it really kills the mood of our outdoor entertaining area. Honestly would probably be better to pull it out and put in a much less expensive indoor option and just pull it inside for the winter. I gave it two stars since mine at least is still working although I've only had it installed for 6 months.

I had the same issue with this item, I called the company they told me they do not support it and I need to call a contractor. The service man came over charged 99$$ and told us this refrigerator is leaking and is not good for enclosed area under the BBQ island. I will not buy it, but this is my experience , other may have had better luck. hanks

Just read the read the warranty. It will break. You will need a service call. It will cost you. Do your self a favor. Get a $200.00 refrigerator at a local store where you can return it. Plan to replace it every 3 years. You will be much happier.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
