| Smash burgers extrordinaire!!My first few cooks with the griddle were great. Made perfect smash burgers as well as bacon and eggs one morning for breakfast. As a note though when seasoning only use a tiny bit of oil or it will be tacky to the touch and you'll have to bake it at least one or 2 more times. And be mindful of the smoke temp of the oil you use as the instructions state 400 degrees but based on the oil like canola, you'll need to bump it up to 450 to properly season. | Was This Helpful? |
