| Well DesignedThis is a great accessory! The design allows one to cook a verity of meats & veggies. So far I have cooked a leg of lamb, Boston butt, and 10 lbs of wings. It is so easy to clean. I use an old chlorine bucket full of soapy water and soak all parts overnight then use a nylon bush to knock off the stuck on particles, then put it in the dishwasher and when the cycle is dine I just whip it down. I cooked the best grilled chicken thighs in this that I have ever eaten, and I'll never bother going out to eat buffalo chicken wings again now that I have this little beauty. Such a clever and functional design, and solid value for what you spend. And the quick set up when you are ready to grill - I'd like to shake the hands of the design team for this kit! It makes the already excellent JoeTisserie even better, which is really saying something. The fact that it is designed to fit more than one size Kamado Joe grill - outstanding product development and an obvious dedication to supporting your customers after they have already invested in a Kamado Joe grill.
