I've only used the basket once for chicken wings and they came out great! I would recommend using a marinade vs a rub since the tossing makes the seasoning come off.

If you get one branded Kamado Joe accessory this is it. Makes great chicken wings and thighs with the basket and the capacity range is perfect for cooking for one or a crowd. Cleans up fairly easily, and extremely well made and sturdy. Thrilled with this purchase.

The Joetisserie Basket is amazing. The quality is outstanding and it's the perfect way to cook wings and a plethora of other things. It's easy to use and easy to clean. Highly recommended!

These baskets are amazing. Super easy to use. They paid great with the Joetisserie, but it definitely raised the question of, "Why sell them separately?" These baskets are useless (for their intended purpose, I am sure I could find a use otherwise) without the Joetisserie. The Joetisserie is great, but these make it even better. That said, these also increase the versatility of the grill, now being able to do wings and veggies. I would definitely buy these again.

what an incredibly versatile and fun product… love the multiple basket configurations and size settings… great wings… roasts… even steak… veggies.. drumsticks thighs .. have even done a Boston butt that turned out great… quality item … cleans well I soaked a little in dawn platinum then into dishwasher.. nice job KJ

I bought the Basket Kit as I saw a YouTube video where the Grill Master grilled wings. It was as easy as he demonstrated. I seasoned the wings with my rub, dropped them in the basket and put them on the JoeTisserie spit and closed the lid. 45 minutes later I pulled the wings off and sauced them before serving. I had a room full of happy diners, with crispy skin and juicy wings. I have also loaded the basket with seasoned squash, onions and mushrooms for a great side dish of smoked, grilled vegetables to go with some great steaks.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
