This pretty much is a must have if you have a Kamado Joe or kamado style grill. I can sear a steak straight over the coals on the lower level while simultaneously roasting veggies on the top level when using a half moon ceramic deflector underneath. The cooking combinations are endless when using this during your grilling. A must have in your grilling arsenal

I'm cooking a Picanha right now using the Divide and Conquer Cooking Rack. Coals are on the low side for direct heat, half stone is on the high side for indirect heat. Cooking on the indirect side now, moving to the direct side to sear both sides after achieving an internal temp of 130.

This came with my Classic Joe II, but I cannot imagine using the Kamado without it. This adds onto the usage of the grill especially when utilizing hot and cold sides of the grill and the Sloroller.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
