First cook was an 8lb chicken, under 2 hrs and it was done, perfect better than the store bought rotisserie birds. Next one will have to turn the heat up a little on the end to get the skin crunchy.

This rotisserie is a great addition to the Weber 22" kettle grill. I don't really have any complaints since this is the 3rd one I've gotten. I have one regret, the first one I ordered, the ring and bracket was destroyed when a tree came down on my garage during a hurricane. I still have the spitz and the electronic part that rotates the food, but I cannot purchase just the ring with another bracket to hold the electronics.

The rotisserie works great , had a 5lb chicken the first bbq ... no issues at all, turned smoothly. My only complaint is that the extension ring doesn't seal to the bottom kettle.

The price might be of a shock. However, this a Weber product. Quality is great. Ring fits securely, no issue. We all can make good to great BBQ. This rotisserie makes it better than great. So far, I have separately spun 3 birds and a marinated tri-tip. All four better than great. This valuable BBQ tool is worth the price and the extra time for set and cleaning. I store it in the box it shipped in. After your first use, you'll have to make a list of all the different idea's you'll think of.

Everything is great, though I wish it fit my 22" kettle more snuggly. There's holes all around and while it stayed when I cooked something on it, it wasn't a rigid structure. It also matters how you place it. as the mastertouch which I have, has a few extra screws in the body so if you don't place the rotisserie right, it wobbles. Actual function wise, worked perfectly. Rotates at a perfect speed, absolutely no issues there.

Over all I like it. The motor runs smooth and quiet under load but the ring itself does not fit well. The weight of the ring rests on the two nuts that hold the lid holder in place and the fit of the ring against the bottom of the kettle is extremely loose. The ring has a tendency to wobble some what and instead of centering my food on the spit, I had to shift it further away from the motor end of the spit in order to stop the ring wobble. For what I paid for it, I would have expected a better fit.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
