Great BBQ for 2-4 people. Cooks perfectly. Everything has tasted great. Great quality, seems to be built to last years.

We're older and this is a great little bbq for the two of us. It's easy to use and is just big enough for our needs. We tried a Weber gas grill but missed the charcoal flavor so we decided to try this one. The price is very reasonable and it's easy to remove the ashes. We have it on a counter on our back patio. I really like the lid holder which keeps the lid out of the way.

the lid lock did not fit. Called customer service to get a replacement and the new one also did not fit. Returned it to the store and they gave us their floor model. Another person who was there had the same problem with his. Now it works fine, although it heats slower because of air vents being on the side.

This Smokey Joe Premium Charcoal Grill replaces our previous Smokey Joe whose legs finally rusted through. Actually, this is our 3rd Smokey Joe, so you know we love them. I chose the Premium model this time and I think the extra cost is worth it. I like being able to lock the lid on for transport, and the vents on the sides instead of the bottom where the ash would drop out and blow around. We will use this one 'til the legs fall off too!

I have used Smokey Joe grills since the early 1980's and have always loved them for their quality and function. I recently purchased a slightly different model that has the vents on the side rather than the bottom. I bought this because of the color and the nice handle. I absolutely hate the grill because the side vents do not allow the grill to function well. Do not buy this model, stay with the old original style.

Great grill. Just as you can expect. Overall materials seem like good solid quality. One minor issue is the cooking grill does not sit quite firmly in its place. It can slide and dip a bit of it's pushed, but very manageable

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
