I bought this for a display for my products.. It is perfect and holds my bottles with the awards perfectly. With little lights it looks like it is actually grilling....

I have had issues with this grill from the start. I received it as a Christmas present. It has an issue with getting coals hot, and keeping them there. I have contacted Weber support twice, to ask for help or a replacement. Neither thing has been accomplished. The vent holes are above the coals, and I suspect this may be part of the issue. I have two other weber grills and I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying this grill

I really do live the color and looking forward to getting his 22" bigger brother. As some have stated having the holes on the side and not the bottom does not the grill get searing hot with the lid on. I tend to use this and my other 14 in grills for cooking with a cast iron skillet and using the lid as a cover if needed fir said skillet. Having the lid off really gets the skillet going. I have cooked steaks and a wide variety of dishes. If I need a portable grill I have a jumbo joe to cook burgers, steaks, etc.. I love the 14 inch grills and will probably end up collecting the various color combos.

Weber grills are pretty awesome and cook so smoothly and evenly. This Smokey Joe version is no exception. Very lightweight and portable, and very convenient for travel and small spaces. My only gripe is the color. It's not really blue.... more of a charcoal grey... but still very nice. I recommend the carrying case that goes with it!!

Feel the side vents should be moved to the bottom.... use just one of them... it might burn better. Other than that it's terrific.

As hard as I seemed to try i wasn't able to mess up the first steaks cooked on the grill. i waited probably an hour after the coals were at their peak readiness and then just threw a few coals right out of the bag on top. Took the steaks off the grill before ready and had to go put them back on after my better half saw them and want more medium rare than rare. Whatever I did, they still came out perfect. These were good ribeye that I started with. Now I've bought a couple of New York Strips to have for our Christmas feast for two.

The Crimson Smokey Joe is simply painful. For whatever reason, discolored grease trails spit out the side vents and bake on the grill bowl. Cleaning is tough.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
