I have always purchased the cheap (china made) charcoal grills and thought a grill was a grill. After purchasing my Weber and using it several times, I was wrong. For starters, it is heavy duty compared to the china stuff. Next, I can actually control the heat with the vents. The control of heat on the china was a joke. It was wide open to medium heat. Last thing that I love, after I finish grilling, I can shut the vents off and the charcoal fire goes out and I can reuse the charcoal again. All I have to do is add a few charcoal briquettes to the existing coal and I am set to go. This is money savings that eventually pay for the grill. Love this grill.

Grill body has dents around the vent holes that cause air leaks. I will have to hammer them out and it will cause paint blemishes. Not the kind of craftsmanship I expect from Weber

We use this grill regularly and really enjoy it. It was missing the handle when we opened the factory sealed box to assemble it. I called your customer service department and spoke with someone who was extremely friendly and she sent me a handle assembly almost immediately. It arrived and only took a couple of minutes to install. We have used Weber grills for many years and this grill replaced one that we used for over 10 years like it on camping trips with in our camper.

Fun little grill, but I need both hands to unlatch the back bar/wire from the clip in the back. It would be nice if it was one handed.

It was missing the screw that holds the plastic handle on and two flat washers.

I love my Weber 22" kettle grill, but this little Smokey Joe Premium is PERFECT for grilling for 1 or 2 people when I don't want to pull the big one out. Fits great on my bistro table on my patio and is super easy to pack up for camping. I love it!

Get the original Smokey joe with the bottom vents or the jumbo joe instead. The "premium" has side vents that don't allow the coals to get enough air to stay hot with the lid on. Weber should change the name of this product because premium in the name indicates higher quality or performance. Not in my experience.

I live alone so if i want just a burger or hot dog its easier to fire up the Smoky Joe rather than the big kettle.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
