Great little gril for everything, i cook outside every day. Have own every kind of grill made. Only grills I've owned that hold up is a weber.

No complaints about quality of the the grill ,it's heavy duty and built to last, however it's a bad design. Lid is to shallow and bottom to deep , kinda backwards in my opinion forget about making a beer can chicken or anything higher than three inches.Also I have had charcoal go out even with vents all the way open, leave the lid cracked and it may stay going, good for hot dogs or hamburgers but not larger pieces of meat

We apologize for any disappointment! If you notice that your charcoal is going out, we recommend checking that the charcoal is completely ready (ashed over) before adding it to the grill. This has been the best smoker I have used hands-down, my picañas and try-tips come out perfectly smoked every time, especially with the iGrill Mini temp. probe.

I already reviewed this once but Weber keeps sending me emails to review it so i'll modify my original review a little bit. This is a little grill--perfect for tailgating and camping if all you're going to grill is hot dogs, hamburgers or thin steaks. It's not built for "serious" grilling where you need the ability to grill with indirect heat because it's too small and, for example, will not accommodate Weber's grill baskets to keep the charcoal away from the indirect side.

This little grill is good for 4 burgers and other items that require fast grilling but it is too small to attempt indirect grilling and does not accommodate Weber's charcoal baskets--i thought i was buying the "Jumbo Joe" which can be used for indirect grilling and does accommodate Weber's charcoal baskets

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Our Smokey Joe Premium is designed as a solution to tailgating, camping, and portable grilling in general. By placing the bowl dampers higher upon the bowl, the risk of having hot ashes, coals, or cinders escape from the bowl is minimized. This makes it perfectly suited for a situation like having the grill at a campground, in a parking lot, or other areas where using a portable grill might be desired. You may easily close the vents on the side, lock the lid, and once the grill is cool, it’ll be safe to take travel with. Bought this a month ago for our RV was disappointed in its performance because it wouldn't draft and get hot very well because of the air vents being on the side instead of on the bottom like they have always been.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
