pretty good little grill, would be better if it had a little more of a ridge for the grill to sit in and be more secure.

I've had this exact grill for over 20 years. Best charcoal grill I ever had. NEVER had a bad meal off it, cooks evenly...better than the regular Smokey Joe due to the lower vents being on the side instead of on the bottom. Another benefit of this design is the cook grate doesn't rust...mine has been in use for at least 22 years and I'm still cooking on the original grate. I've had to replace the charcoal grate a few times, but with the heat from the charcoal, that's to be expected...besides, the grates are inexpensive enough so no big deal. Please Weber, do not change anything about this little grill...you can't beat perfection. Those of you reading this, don't be afraid to buy this model. IMHO it's the best in its class.

This is a great little grill. It is light enough to be portable. It is also nice that you can put the lid in the sling after you lift it up. The finish on the metal seems durable. Time will tell in that.

It's great and the handle keeps it all together and it uses less charcoal than the large 22" kettle grills so its economical to use. I love it.

I live in an apartment building where we can't have regular grills outside. This little grill is perfect for this. There's a little public park next door with picnic tables and can load it up with charcoal and take everything with me. And when I'm done just put the lid back on and lock it and be on my way. I don't think I could have made a better choice that to go with Weber.

I initially just bought this to have a safe place to start additional Rapidfire chimneys for my travel Jumbo Joe, but found it was quite versatile by itself. Using one Weber 7402 Charcoal Bar, (unfortunately no longer made,) and a piece of foil to make a drip pan and direct airflow from the vents on the indirect side to the charcoal bar, I was able to easily divide the charcoal grate for two-zone cooking. The side vents make it easy to regulate the temperature (and provide a convenient way to run thermometer probes in,) and I had no trouble holding 250F to bring two thick pork chops to 135F internal before searing them on the direct side with the lid open. Perfect on the very first try!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
