Just wanted to say thank you for an amazing experience when purchasing my PGS Grill. I received it late last week and was able to fire it up for the first time over the holiday weekend and it exceeded all of my expectations!! I was able to cook all the the meats that I wanted to, with the even heat it provides, it was easy cooking Mom her steak for Mother\'s Day along with lots of burgers and chicken for the whole family! Very sleek looking grill - all of my neighbors are jealous...I have definitely recommended Shoppers Choice to them all! Thanks again guys!

I am, what some would call, a novice griller. I have only owned a couple of grills in my life, and they were mostly small tabletop units. I recently moved into a home with a patio and decided I wanted a nice stainless steel gas grill that would be large enough to accommodate parties and family gatherings and would be super easy to use. After looking through some gas grill faqs and stuff online, I knew that I wanted a grill with a good warranty, some sort of backup ignition, and intuitive controls. This grill has it all - a lifetime warranty, backup lighting tubes, and very easy to use controls. I can use any of the burners independently or in conjunction with the others, so I am not wasting gas on burners that I am not using. The rotisserie is a plus. Although I have only used it once or twice, I thought it was very easy to use. Just light the back burner, put the food on, and let it go. The only con I have is that the grill is quite heavy and was a little difficult for me to get to the back patio. I feel that this grill was a great purchase, and it really fit my needs perfectly.

We have been in the market for a new grill for some time now and some friends of ours told us to check out this grill. We are pretty basic when it comes to our grill. We didn\'t want anything that we were going to have to read a book on before knowing how to use it or spend hours and hours assembling it. We weren\'t totally sold on the rotisserie at first, but I think we have cooked more on the rotisserie than the actual grill so far.

Thanks so much for helping with my purchase of the PGS Pacifica grill. From start to finish I was never disappointed. The grill was easy to assemble and works great. I wasn\'t sure about the rotisserie feature since I had never used one but man, what flavor. The PGS is also easy to clean which is something I never experienced before. No more late nights scrubbing the grill for me!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
