Bought it back in April, I have not been able to find a connector that will connect a regular propane regulator hose to that female connector that comes attached to the grill. Called customer service, and they don't know what to do either. For the money I spent, I would expect to be able to use it without going through this. very dissapointed. I will update this post if I ever resolve the issue. I don't have the box anymore, or I would have returned it already

The Napoleon grill installation instructions were very easy to follow, even the electrical connections. I like to cook on the grill but I always hade to use a flash light but not with the Napoleon 700 grill. The grilling with the Napoleon grill is much easier with the lighting it has and makes cooking on it much easier when you can see what your cooking. The grill heats up fast and holds the temperature very well. I really like the lighting feature on the burner switches, Blue when a burner is off and red when a burner is on which is a great reminder when burners are still on in case things get busy and you walk away from the grill you can see at a glance a burner is still on. I have left my old grill on over night and emptied a full LP tank but not anymore. Great Grill! I highly recommend this grill.

This is one top notch grill. It sits alongside my smoker in our new outdoor kitchen. It heats up quickly and cooks like a dream.

After waiting to have my outdoor kitchen built, finally had the Zero Clearance Liner and Grille (BIG32RBPSS-1) installed. OK, Time to hook up the Portable Propane Cylinder. In the Instruction manual, #5: Insert Black QCC1 Regulator nipple onto the QCC1 fuel valve, hand tighten to the right. OK.....Where is the Black QCC1? Looked through all my boxes from the shipment, nothing. Called BBQ guys, explained my situation. How do I connect the flex hose with the female fitting provided with the grille to something similar to every other grille made so I can connect to a propane tank? BBQ guys response was "don't know the part number you need, contact Napoleon Customer service directly, it must not have been shipped with your order, Sorry for your inconvenience. 2 hours and 42 mins on line with Napoleon Customer service, finally talk to a person, explained my situation. The Response: "we don't sell or offer any connection to the flex line and fitting provided. We apologize for BBQ Guys not communicating this to you" Customer Service at BBQ guys didn't know this???????????? Napoleon said that I need to contact a licensed Plumber they will know what to do. I asked where in the installation manual is the detail for the Plumber so they know what to do. The response: I am sure its in there. It is not!!!!!!!! So I called my Plumber (who has been in business 30+ years) he has no clue what needs to be done, but promised me he will research and Come up with a solution. This Labor day I am hosting the neighborhood party, everyone will see this beautiful grille that for the life of me, I can't tell you if it works or not. To me, I spent some serious $$$ on a grille (as well as the whole outdoor kitchen) only to talk to both BBQ guys and Napoleon with no solution or direction on how to make this Grille work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, "Enjoy your new grille!!" Guess I am wheeling my 9 year old Char -Broil out one more time, it may be rusty, but i can connect a propane tank to it.

I love my Napolean built-in 700 series 32. We just made a delicious rotisserie chicken, and everything else I have cooked on it is just great. It looks really great in our outdoor kitchen, and I live the in ternal and dial lights that change from blue to red when the burner is on. There a couple of things that I would appreciate seeing: 1) a cast iron grid option, 2) a sperate switch for the internal lights, and a grease tray liner. The grids and liner are available for other models, why not this grill??

Not good service on faults noticed on delivery. The infra red burner which is just a hot gas burner doesn't heat equally. The temperature gauge on the lid fills up with water. No response from Napoleon despite me contacting them to let them know

Asked by Robert | Answered by WesleyHi Bonnie. This Napoleon 700 Series grill will require about 7 inches to the nearest non-combustible surface to accommodate the lid. That dimension increases to 18 inches for combustible surfaces. behind.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
