Unfortunately, this product has not lived up to expectations. I purchased this for thanksgiving 2025. I was looking over the parts and found the hose to be kinked while it was in the box. I didn't think it was bad enough to restrict flow, and it seem to heat up ok but wouldn't heat up enough to cook our turkey thru. I requested a new hose and have been waiting 4 months for the part because it is on back order. At this point I'm not even sure I will get the hose before Thanksgiving 2026.

I love this air fryer. This is actually my second one. The turkey cooks through and through, stays moist and flavorful. I use the oversized basket in my fryer to cook a bigger bird. So quick, so easy. I've also made baked potatoes, ribs and kabobs.

I don't normally give reviews but after seeing someone post about having rubbery skin on their turkey and chicken, I had to. I have used my fryer several times now to fry a turkey. I've fried them outside when the temperature has been between 25-30 with plenty of wind. Not one of them ever came out with the skin rubbery. When conditions are like that, you have to keep the top screen on it during the entire cook time and increase the cook time. One of the other things I've done is set the fryer inside my garage with the door halfway down and set the propane tank outside of the garage. I decided that for my own comfort, but it also helps with cook time and I get the same crispy skin but don't need to keep the lid on. Last night, I cooked a drunken chicken in it. Super crispy skin and the juiciest chicken I have ever put in my mouth. The fryer is easy to clean too. I highly recommend this product!

Bought mine 12 years ago and it's the best cooking item ever bought. Cooked countless turkeys and never had a failure. Comes out perfectly juicy & moist while looking a beautiful golden brown. I always recommend a 48 hour brining first. Adds much flavor.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
