Bought thisfor a Christmas present. Really like the concept. I always inject and mist, so we can use this for both. Cant wait to try it.

It's a nice solid product, except the clear spray nozzle insert. Got 3 uses out of it before it cracked rendering the sprayer useless.

I bought this bottle a month ago as soon as I took it out the bottle the spray button is broke I contacted customer support they said I would receive a replacement I told them I would return this it's been a while I haven't heard anything back from anyone o haven't received a replacement. I keep sending emails chat I call and still as promised it would be sent out but nothing I don't know what's going on but I do need my replacement

I bought the spray bottle injector. Used it for the first time yesterday and it would not work. It would not bring up the liquid to inject the meat. Even tried just the sprayer and nothing.

This injector is trash I used two times on the first time I made it work when I tried using it just now nothing it didn't work at al it got suction like it was going to do it's job, but when I would try to inject the tread's on the sprayer would shoot out not worth it

Thought this would be a great tool when cooking my briskets or injecting turkeys for Thanksgiving, but received for Father's Day and could not get it to work. I put my thin brisket mop in the bottle, taking care not to have any granular spices in the bottle, but nothing came out. Placed just water in the bottle and still couldn't get to come out. After placing the nozzle in a bowl of water, I noticed that the nozzle was pushing water down the straw and not drawing it up. Sounds like a quality control issue on OJ's end.

Left a review of this product and was instructed to file a claim. I filled a claim and they closed it within a few days saying they have tried to contact me. What a joke.

Bought this hoping it would get rid of the mop. It doesn't work at all. Neither attachment will work. Waste of money.

As soon as I got it I filled it up with water to try it out and nothing. Nothing worked in it. The injector or spray attachment didn't work. Waste of money!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
