Napoleon Executive 4 Piece Toolset - 70065

Very attractive but not the most comfortable in your hand. I am not a fan of square handles. They are NOT ergonomic much prefer rounded handles. Quality of the tools is good I want a spatula that will not bend when I rotate a brisket. This one is pretty sturdy. The lock on the tongs is hard to pull out and push back in. I guess after time it will loosen up. The knife is outstanding sharp right out of the box. Overall just kinda of average maybe a little bit higher because of the knife

High quality utinsils that are great when cooking. The knife that came with set is very sharp and cuts great. Must have set for any griller. Very satisfied. This set was sent as a gift for review.

Opening the package, I was impressed with the quality of this kit, thick metal should stand the test of time and heavy BBQ use along with holding heavy items from the grill. The butcher knife shows similar quality as my Wusthof knives and was sharp right out of the box. Considering many people have a set of good knives, perhaps this is an optional piece on future sets? The spatula is heavy duty with little deflection, so it was good for a mild bit of scraping the grill and held multiple burgers at once. Be careful with the serrated edge of the spatula, it was wonderfully as sharp as a bread knife! I've never had a basting brush of this size, and now I know why I should have as it works very well to keep flare ups off my hand! It also cleans up easily with the silicon tips. Although I had no problems with the tongs, I wish they were 3-4" longer and wish the "teeth" were slightly more curved inward for better grip. The lock mechanism is a bit stiff, but I think it will loosen over time. Overall a great kit!

Very high quality pieces. The utensils are heavy duty and will probably last for many years. They all have long handles making them convenient for reaching into a hot grill. The spatula has a serrated edge. The knife is also a quality item with German chromium steel that holds it edge well. Overall, very satisfied with the set, and the price is definitely worth it since this set is so much better than other utensils that I've had.

I received Executive 4 Piece Toolset for free to test. The utensil are solidly build. The quality is what I expect from Napoleon. The knife is sharp and held edge nicel, the handle is very comfortable and fit hand well.The tongs are great I enjoyed that they have a lock on them to keep them shut. They are very sturdy and did not flex/ wobble that happens with my tongs, the hand is nice and they grab food with ease. Also I think the length of them is perfect for my grill ( rouge 425) I hate when you burn your hand taking g things off the grill. The basting brush is good length for reaching back of grill without burning you hand, it works well and hold good amout of sauce, the removable head makes it very convenient to clean. I would like to see a cloth brush attachment but that is just personal preference. Now to my favorite part of this set.......the spatula just absolutely amazing, the flex, size, sharpness of scooping edge, total build quality on this blew me away. It is heavy but not too heavy. It has a light flex when going to flip/ move items on grill and springs back like it is trying to help you move the food. It is 1 of the best spatula i have used. Overall the build quality for this set was above expectations. I highly recommend.

If you're looking for sturdy barbeque utensils, look no further. I don't think I'll have to replace any of these any time soon. And I've gone through quite a few, especially tongs. I will have to get another knife, because mom took this one.

I was able to get the product for free from Napoleon so keep that in mind. Overall the items do seem good. The good: They're made from solid materials so unlikely to break and the tongs and spatula are able to carry quite a bit of weight. There's also not too many hard to reach crevices which makes cleaning then really easy. The brush also seems to be more durable than the ones I normally buy and I didn't see any deformation from being exposed to the heat. The knife handle fits into my hand like a dream and is quite sharp. The bad: The tongs have a limited opening of a few inches so you'll want to only use it for smaller items. The cerated edge of the spatula occasionally gets caught on things you're trying to flip (not the end of the world though). The brush hairs are quite long and very flexible and at least when I used it wasn't holding as much basting liquid as I'm used to, though if I was using something more like a sauce like bbq sauce I'm sure it would work better. As for the knife, I can help it well while it's dry, but if the handle gets a bit wet I found it harder to get when compared to my wood handled knifes and even to some of my other knifes. I also prefer more Japanese and French style knifes that utilize more of an up and down cutting motion rather than this knife which is a rocking motion knife, but that's personal preference. Overall it's a great set for as long as you're aware of the tools uses or if you're starting out. Once you figure out your style of cooking though you'll probably want to stay buying individual items.

I received the Napoleon "Executive 4 Piece Toolset" for free from @napoleonproducts in exchange for my honest review. I was impressed with the quality of this set when I opened the box, each piece was heavy & had a thick amount of metal with it, and the handle was hefty and long for a proper grill function! The tools are perfect for all food types that you would cook- burgers, steaks, fish, etc. Each tool can be stored on the hooks on your Napoleon grill, clean up easily, ready for the next feast!

I am a tester for Napoleon grill products, however, I think this is an excellent set for the BBQ enthusiast and/or beginner. Both the BBQ tongs and spatula are the perfect length and allow you to get close enough to the grill without being too close and creating an uncomfortable experience. The spatula is a very good size and allows you to flip most cuts of meat comfortably without having them slip off the surface. The tongs were a little stiff to open, however, they opened to a great size and grabbed the meat on the grill perfectly, even larger size steaks and chops. Both sets of handles are very comfortable to use and fit well in my hand. One critique on the tongs - the logo which is cut out of the cup of the tong did catch on my dish rag during clean-up so be aware of that when using. I was also very impressed with the chef's knife in the set. It is extremely comfortable to use and cut through a whole chicken effortlessly. I like the full tang on the knife and it is balanced beautifully. While I was initially surprised that it was part of the set, I am sure going to use this as my "go-to" knife moving forward. Finally, I haven't used the basting brush yet, but I do like that it is a silicone brush which is great for easy clean-up and the fact that it has longer bristles to cover more of the meat surface. I can't wauit to try it out on some ribs I'm cooking later this week!! I strongly recommend this set - it is an excellent buy!!
