After reviewing several gas grilles and even a couple pellet grilles, we decided on the Rogue 525 and brought it home this week. After the initial burn in and seasoning of the grates, we enjoyed a nice first meal on the grille of garden fresh zucchini and onion along with garden fresh basil topped sirloin burgers. The grille performed wonderfully with easier than expected temperature control. My only complaint is the small caster wheels so typical of gas grilles these days. They roll fine on concrete or asphalt. But otherwise are a real pain to use.

After spending a solid 2 hours unpacking and very cautiously assembling- finally get to attaching the door brackets and the second one would not attach easily because the framework under the grill head was bent and distorting the fit. After investing all of this time and money on a product that is supposed to be top of the line, I can't help but feel frustrated.

The iPhone assembly app is very good and complements the paper guide. With three exceptions the assembly is quite easy. The paper guide and the app differ in a few places. Installing the top brackets for the doors is poor. It is very difficult to get the nuts screwed in. This really needs a redesign. The retainer clip for the propane hose is unacceptable. It is a cheap piece of plastic that does not fit properly into its socket and does not stay in place. We have yet to use the grill but the quality of most of the parts and their construction are impressive

Great grill with very generous guarantees! Good quality and easy to assemble. Also nice to be able to use charcoal with that tray (assessory). As I'm living in Sweden, it is not recommended to have the gas bottle in the cabinet under the heated area. I solved it by putting it on the bottom edge sticking out appr. 5 cm on the side of the grill, and strapping it to the side of the cabinet thru the holes on the sideplate. Hose routed thru the back and around to the bottle. Now I can still move the grill aroun without having to carry the bottle. Very happy with the product!

So happy with this purchase. The top piece was already assembled, making the setup a bit easier. Love the heat and quality of cook. The bbq cover fits perfectly.

Using this at our trailer where we pretty much do all our cooking on the grill. From breakfast to dinner, we have enjoyed a wide variety of meats and vegetables cooked to perfection on this Napoleon BBQ. This grill heats up fast and reaches high temps no problem leaving beautiful wavy sear marks. The burners are easily lit and the heat is evenly distributed making cooking a real pleasure. I just love using this grill, and oh yeah, it looks really nice too.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
