Grill lights easy, gets extremely hot and cooks evenly. The side burner is great for sautéing vegetables when you can't grill them. Everything on this grill is made to last.

Really like the grill, I wish the assembly instructions wee clearer. The only other thing I don't like are the wheels, they are small and hard to lock and unlock the caster. The grill came with a bent panel and napoleon customer service sent a new one right away, great customer service.

Yes it was pricey, but in this case you do get what you pay for and more, great solid construction, great quality, and great customer service is what you get from Napoleon. Had this grill now for 2 years, and the fun never stops, easy set up, heats up quickly, works well thru windy conditions, sear station is wonderful when reverse seared steaks are on the menu, simply love this product.

For a relatively small footprint this grill is great for us. The Infrared side burner is a feature I didn't think about much until I used it. I don't consider myself much of an outdoor cook but I'm able to turn out some impressive tasting dishes using this grill.

Used for the first time and it is true..."you don't get a second chance to make a first impression". Fired up quickly and I only used two burners to BBQ ten pieces of chicken thighs. The caster wheels are the best easy to move I have used and the big lid is great. The ignition system is second to no one and the curved cast iron grates are most unique. The real test is coming up to see if the cooking area has hot and cold spots...using white bread on medium heat on all burners then flipping the bread and seeing what's burnt or dark or whatever so a follow up is needed.

Grill arrived with a broken thermometer. No damage to shipping box. Looks like someone overt tightened it or a component box shifted during shipping and broke it. No replacement part available for months. Bad way to start with a new product.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
