Saw a Napoleon grill on display in a retail store and it caught my eye. I didn't recognize the manufacturer's name. First thought, I bet you it is not built as good as it looks! Opening the lid immediately proved me wrong! The quality of the product is excellent! I wasn't disappointed in material type or gauge used for construction of the grill! The warranty was icing on the cake. It was above and beyond what you normally see in today's world. If they only made a grill with a side mounted infrared burner I was sold! Went home and checked on-line, a Napoleon grill is now sitting on my patio!

Haven't used it yet, have it set up, did a burn off and seasoned it - waiting for a grill brush to arrive. Looks good, but can't rate what I haven't used

We normally buy Genesis, but at end of season wasn't available. We instead bought the Napoleon and boy are we glad we did. My husband is extremely hard to please and can't stop telling people how happy he is with it and how hot and even it cooks!

Looked far and wide to find a grill for the lake house. This grill is awesome. even heat and once seasoned the grates are slick. But if you do not season them they can rust like any cast iron

Putting it together wasn't as easy as described. There are only pictures, no words or descriptions so it was pretty difficult deciphering the pics and figuring out how many screws to put in and which ones go where. It took over 2 hours and a lot of sweat.

Onlytwo stars because the bottom door won't stay shut. There is a small Magnet installed on the door, which I assume is supposed to hold once the door is closed, but it will not hold. The door keeps flying open. Also there is no shelf in the lower storage area, and the back of it is open, ie, not much backing to it, so your grill accessories can fall out, or critters can get in. The door is a poorly designed one.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
