I lucked into a great deal on a Rogue XT 425 that was setup for natural gas, a cover, and a few other accessories. This has been the best grill I've ever owned! The grill lights quickly, the cover is top quality, and it has made many great steaks already. Looking forward to some drier weather to fire it back up!

rogue 425 great grill 2nd year now my problem with it is takes so long to heat up (think it takes longer to heat up as it does to cook ) i leave it outside with a cover no rust so far but i love it and would do it again hopefully new ones heat faster waist a lot of gas is why i gave it 4 instead of 5

We were looking for a compact grill with a searing plate. Being unfamiliar with the Napoleon brand, it was a relief to see that a store we frequented was one of their authorized distributors. They didn't have this model on their floor, but the quality of the models there was encouraging. Glad we decided to order because it has not disappointed us. The seating burner works perfectly as well as the grill. We have a very small area for barbecuing, this is a quality unit and fits!

I've had this grill over 5 years and enjoy cooking with it. I replaced a 5-burner grill with this 3-burner and never had any issues. I have kept the grill covered on the deck and it still looks new. Great feature with the integrated range side burner and easy folding side shelves save space if needed.

I have been loyal to Weber for some time, but Weber's 3 grill competitor is just too big. Went with Napolean and I'm very pleased. Nice ignition system. I like the infrared burner. Nice build quality and it is compact.

I fell in love with napoleon after watching their video on YouTube. Then i decided to buy a Rogue because it seemed to be a good choice. It was, incredibile product and great quality. Now i wish to get a bigger one !!

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The quality of this grill during assembly was obvious. Well engineered parts and design, easy to follow instructions with parts designed to fit in a high quality fashion. I assembled the grill a week ago and have cooked on it roughly 9 times already because grilling is my preferred method of cooking. This grill is great. I love the jetfire ignition, I love the high quality grates, I love the flavor of the food, how accurately I can dial in a temperature. Even the casters under the grill are above average in quality. I am very happy with my decision to buy this grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
