Bought this grill a few years ago, and so happy that I did. It has been flawless and cooks very well. I would be replacing parts on the "W" brand after this amount of time. Wouldn't change the winning recipe.
We have only had our grill for a few months, so I can't speak to how it holds up, but we love this grill. It is smaller than what we have had in the past, but that was intentional. Our kids are growing up and moving out, so we didn't need a larger grill. This grill is unlike any other grill we have had. This bad boy gets HOT (I had it up to 700 at one point). And I mean, like cook a pizza, hot. I love it. We grill ALOT and we have uses for a lower heat cooking option and we get it with this, but none of the other grills we have ever had would really sear like this one. This beast gets all five stars from this long time grilling family. Quality build, quality parts, hellfire hot and I can't urge you enough to get one. You will not regret it!

So happy that I purchased this grill. I find that I'm grilling outside two to three more now that I have the Rogue. Highly recommended.
I always thought it was a charcoal man. After making the switch to napoleon gas grills, I'll never go back. The hot spots are minimal as is usually expected with gas grills, the grill holds temp extremely well, and the cast iron grill plates are magnificent.
This is a fantastic grill. Heats up quickly and evenly. The cooking grates are top notch and I love the sear marks. The warranty gives me peace of mind that even in the extreme Florida weather this will be a product I have for years.
One of the best barbecues i have ever owned. It gets hot quick and the cast iron grills give a beautiful char marks. I can literally bbq all year with this one and get it over 500f even in winter. The cast iron is now non stick after some quick seasoning and it cleans up so easily. Great value and quality product for the price point.
I am so happy with my Rogue 525. It cooks evenly every time and it is so easy to clean up when I am done.
I've been using this BBQ for a year and it has never let me down. It is solid and straightforward and simple to use.
I previously owned another brand of bbq and which drew me in with all its bells & whistles for the price. I wasn't greatly concerned about quality, which ended up being a big mistake. Within 2 years I noticed burner covers rusting out, and within 5 years the bottom of the book cooker was completely gone, making it a huge fire hazard. I will admit, I'm not light on my bbq. I bbq several times a week, including the winter. When it was time for a new one, I did a ton of research to make sure I was getting the quality I needed, which lead me to Napoleon. The 425 is a very sturdy bbq with plenty of cook space. Temperature regulation is very easy to dial in for successful slow cooks and smoking. But most of all, this thing is built like a tank and Napoleon stands by that with their industry exceeding 15-year warranty. I'm already 2 years in with my 425 and it looks as good as the day I got it. Look no further. This is the bbq you want!
Replaced an inexpensive (initially) gas grill with the Napolean Rogue. Previous grill lasted a few years, then replaced burners and burner covers. Shortly after, realized the bottom of grill was rotting away. The Rogue components are so much heavier and well made, it is obvious why it comes with such a long warranty. Based on true cost to own....this should be a much better buy.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
