Had this projector less than 2 years and it stopped working the entire picture is green and Samsung won't fix it do not buy product there are cheaper options that do the exact same thing as this one

Not impressed. Needs to be much brighter for the money. Samsungs operating system is okay but slow and cumbersome. Much better options. I like the look and size shame they missed the mark.

KCJR, We appreciate your feedback on the brightness level. If the image is too dim, try adjusting Picture Mode, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments Movie: Is suitable for watching Projector or movies in a dark room. You can also manually fine tune your image under Expert Settings. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings I hope this tip helps. It is a good projector for it's size and prize. I also like the way it can integrate with Smart Things and also being portable. But, I hate the way it is leaving a transparent light on the borders of the actual image/picture. I would like to request to release a new software update in which the transparent border will be removed which is so annoying to look at.

We have loved how small and portable it is. It has been easy to take anywhere. Set up was a breeze. We connected it to our phones and linked several streaming services and it was all complete in less than 10 minutes. Great picture quality but nothing less would be expected from a Samsung

Super bright lights up my whole room. Only works at about 12 feet away. Though. the corners starting to darken on the from heat and lose some of the brightness great product though very portable

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
