my projector is not even working it did not last as long as I thought it would everything was working fine and then one day I tried to turn it on and nothing would happen I'm disappointed because 2 years insurance but it's only a walk-in I still haven't took it to the repair shop to see if I can get it fixed if not Then guess be me to a one then I guess they'll be giving me more money to buy new one

I love the freestyle 2nd edition. It's an amazing lil machine for the money. So right before it was coming up on having it for a year it died. Wouldn't turn on, unpaired from the remote, just nothing. I get ahold of Samsung by some miracle after spending 3 solid days of getting the runaround between me not registering the projector to the support website going back & forth between calling, texting, or online. I was frustrated to say the least. However I finally got ahold of someone who wanted to help me & said how about you send it to our service dept we troubleshoot it & if the projector can get repaired, repair it. I was a little hesitant but did it anyways. They walked me through every step. Sent the shipping labels to my email. & literally I had my projector back from start to finish in weeks. Working perfectly, all at NO COST for me. Thank you Samsung for standing behind your products. You have a customer for life. And I will always recommend Samsung. Before any other brand. I'm actually waiting for my WP appliances to die cuz I'm replacing them with Samsung. Now…do you know where I can get a replacement remote for the freestyle 2nd ? I know I can use my tv remote but it's just not the same. Also, picture is wonderful- so bright. You can take it anywhere, it's portae. The software and interface could be better but it's not so bad. And the projection is so crisp & you can have screen up to 100" that type of versatility is unmatched. Unless you want to spend thousands.

I have a remote job where I travel and sometimes get bad weather and we cannot work. I absolutely will kick back and put a movie on the wall or ceiling. Its not the brightest but in a completely dark room works great. Its simple to use. If you are looking for a portable projector. I recommend this

Hi Irina. The Samsung Freestyle does include a remote. At a distance of 8.7 feet, it will project a 100-inch image. Beyond 8.7 feet, the quality of the image will deteriorate.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
