Just like one other reviewer, my Gen 2 also wouldn't turn on. One day it worked, the next day it would turn on. I was told I could purchase a new one because the cost to fix it could be expensive. It was the worst customer service experience. We purchased this mainly to use with our golf simulator. It worked fine, which is why I gave a 2 star review and not one star. Seems like there's a power issue Samsung needs to address, and with that, fix your customer service as well.

I found the Samsung Smart TV/Projector interface poorly designed and non-intuitive to customize. But the Freestyle was a nice projector until it stopped working 15 months after purchase - 3 months beyond the standard warranty. One day it worked fine, the next it would not power on. Tried all the troubleshooting myself and with Samsung tech support. I was initially advised I could trade it in for a discount on a new one, but then a second agent said that was not possible. I'm moving on to another brand since Samsung won't stand behind this product.

The Freestyle 2nd Gen with Gaming Hub has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's one of those rare devices that's both fun and genuinely practical. Setup took only a few minutes, and the auto‑keystone and auto‑focus features make it almost effortless to get a perfect picture no matter where I place it

I've had the freestyle for almost 2 years now without any problems. It very convenient for traveling as all you need is WiFi and your good to go! Very good quality and lighting! If you wonder "is it usable in the day time" yes it is! Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend it.

I use mine for work daily for all my video meets and ive gotten more requests for what im using amd where i got it then the subject of the meeting. The clarity makes having muted meetings possible. I can literally read lips with no delay.
