I sell Samsung TVs and Sony and others for a living and the software on this is the absolute worst. I've ever experienced in my life if you want to use any apps or even the Samsung's own software, it will not find it. It will not load the apps they will not run as specified. It is absolutely the worst thing I've ever experienced as far as TV go.

Love this outdoor TV. We bought this TV for outdoor pergola area. It was been great in any weather. Easy to maintain with no issues. Highly recommend it!

I installed the Samsung Terrace LST7D on my patio, and it's been a fantastic addition for outdoor entertainment. The picture quality is impressive, even during the day when the sun is out. The screen's brightness and anti-glare features ensure clear viewing without reflections . Streaming movies and watching sports has been seamless, thanks to the built-in smart features. The Tizen OS is user-friendly, and having voice control options like Alexa makes navigation easy . However, I did notice that the viewing angles are somewhat limited. When watching from the sides, the colors can appear a bit washed out . Also, while the built-in speakers are decent, they might not be loud enough for larger gatherings. Considering adding an external soundbar for better audio during parties . Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase. It's a bit of an investment, but for those who enjoy outdoor viewing, it's worth it.

Hey, so this Samsung 75" Terrace Smart TV? It's totally changed my backyard into the ultimate Auburn game-day spot. As a huge Auburn fan, watching the Tigers with friends, grilling out, and having this massive screen—it's awesome. The picture's amazing; that 4K QLED display is so sharp and vibrant, it's like the players are right there. The brightness is a lifesaver on sunny Alabama days—crystal clear even in direct sunlight. Perfect for those crazy close Auburn games. I was worried about the weather, you know, Alabama summers and all that, but this thing's built tough with an IP55 rating. It handles our weather like a champ. And the anti-reflection screen? Game changer. No more messing with the sun; I can watch games anytime. It's perfect for tailgating, which is huge here. It's not just for football though. We have movie nights, watch shows—it's got all the streaming apps. It's like my living room moved outside. If you want to upgrade your outdoor space, get this TV. It's the heart of my backyard, the best seat in the house for Auburn games. War Eagle! 🦅

Complete garbage. Spent an entire day trying to set this up. Remote pairs to my phone but not to Tv. Online support was useless. My last samsung. This is being returned.

Wags, I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties pairing your remote to The Terrace TV. Please try these steps which may help resolve this: 1. Press and hold Return and Microphone buttons (diagonally up and to the right of Return). This will reset the remote. 2. Stand within 1 foot of the TV and press and hold Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected If you’re still experiencing issues with the remote, please also try the following: - Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in. - Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing. - Check to see if your remote is charged: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery - Check for available firmware updates on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now I hope the above helps. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
